1 Dal Makhani
It is made by cooking Rajma and Udad dal together. A very protein rich dal served with rice. It can be served in coarse meals of lunch and dinner. It can be garnished with coriander leaves and tej patta is added for added flavor. It is made tastier by tadka of desi ghee and red powder chili.

4 Butter Chaap Tikka

6 Paneer Pakora

It is served with green chili sauce and red tomato sauce. It is minced with garam masala or chat masala over it to add more taste.
