1. Coconut Cream Pie

First, bake the shredded coconut till it is golden brown. In a pan mix half and half, sugar, eggs, salt and flour bring the mixture to boil. Mix the shredded and baked coconut. Chill this in a pie shell. Serve this delicacy.

Boil the tapioca till the core is white and the tapioca gets a little soft. Add sugar, salt, and vanilla extract along with coconut milk. Chill for a few hours. Garnish with a fruit of your choice.
