Ingredients:

  • Maida–one cup
  • Green chilly -two spoons
  • Ginger garlic paste -two spoons
  • Carrot –one cup

Preparation:

  1. Take a bowl and  add grated carrots, spring onion and cabbage.
  2. Include the green chilly, salt, ginger garlic paste.
  3. Add the corn flour and maida powder.
  4. Knead them like a smooth dough.
  5. Prepare small round balls and deep fry them in oil.
  6. Make sure balls become brown in color.
  7. Again heat the oil, fry the ginger garlic paste and pour the tomato sauce, chilly sauce, soya sauce in it.
  8. Meanwhile, mix little corn flour with water and pour into gravy.
  9. Once the gravy begins to thicken, add the fried balls and mix well.
  10. Transfer them to the plate and decorate with coriander leaves.
