Watch the video that helps you make – Khajuri Wadi! The ingredients to make this Burfi are pistachio, poppy seed, elaichi, Cashew nut (50 grams), dates, almond (50 grams) and ghee. Ground the cashew nuts and almonds. Fry the nuts in ghee and add elaichi to it. Roast the poppy seeds in ghee.
Grind the dates and add it to the fried nuts and poppy seeds. Mix them well and bring it to a cylindrical shape. Roll it in foil. After a few minutes open it and cut it into pieces… healthy burfi is ready now!
