Here is the recipe of simple and tasty Kara Vadai / Masala Vadai. Gram Dal, green chili, curry leaves, coriander leaves, oil, asafetida, red chili, oil, baking soda, chopped ginger, salt, chopped onion and raw rice are the main ingredients. Grind the gram dal and red chili. Cut the green chili and chopped onion to the gram dal mixture. Powder the raw rice and add to the mixture. Add salt to taste. Mix ¼ tbsp of asafetida to it. Mix it well after adding baking soda to it.
