New Aroma is a restaurant with tribal style wall paintings, a thatched roof and retro-styled lanterns. The ambience is aimed at traditional Orissa. Those who have tried it swear by the good food with moderate pricing. This place is apt for dining out with both family and friends.
2.Let’s go Bananas – Maa Gouri market complex, 2nd floor, Laxmi Sagar, Bhubaneswar
This is a great place to treat your taste buds , along with some fun at snooker. There are many other games available other than snooker. The ambience is lively and contributes towards having a day well spent. Though the menu is limited, the taste is definitely not. Give it a try next time you visit the city.
3.Café Italiano- Nandankanan Road, near Chandrasekharpur petrol pump
This little place offers you with the best burgers, hot dogs and rolls at a very reasonable price. It is a modest, little café in a nook of the city. The burgers here are served with excess mayo to our delight. This place also serves its customers with good mojitos.
4.Foods day – Saheed Nagar, Bhubaneswar
It is a small fast food outlet in Saheed Nagar. Though the outlet is tiny, the food is delicious. Its rolls and laccha parantha entices a maximum of the customers.
5.Country Kitchen – NALCO square, Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneswar
With an outdoor seating the place is best to visit on summer nights or winter days. The quantity of food is good, under reasonable prices, with a menu ranging from rolls to various rice dishes.
6.Central Perk 7 – District Centre, Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneswar
A tribute to F.R.I.E.N.D.S, a famous American sitcom. This hangout place ‘central Perk’ is full of F.R.I.E.N.D.S’ quotes and photos along with the, brace yourself, ORANGE COUCH! The menu has epic words from the series, like the unagi sandwich and the mojito- Chanandler BONG.

Another one of the places around the patia Square, it is much known for its ambience and decor. Made out of waste product, the seats are made up of tires, the lightings of cycle wheels and the tables of cast-offs. It also has Rajasthani Cuisine in its menu (the kachoris!). The food is homely and light on pockets. The Kesar chai is a must try! And not to forget its methi paneer with phulke.
