1. Crispy Ghee Roast Dosa

The best dosa type in plain dosa’s is the thin crispy ghee roast. This delicious dosa is one of the favorite among the dosa family.  It is made from fermented rice and lentils, the ghee roast dosa is cooked in pure ghee and roasted till it gets as crisp as it can. It can be best served with coconut chutney and sambhar to get the mouthwatering taste.


2. Neer Dosa

This soft, delicious watery dosa is a popular dosa. It is the thinnest in the dosa family. This lazy, light dish plays well as easy cook, instant traditional breakfast.  It’s called lazy because it doesn’t require any fermentation process like other dosa’s. It works well with chutney as well as chicken and prawn curries.


3. Masala Dosa
