1Egg Masala Curry

Ingredients

  1. Eggs – 5
  2. Tomatoes – one cup
  3. Onions – one cup
  4. Oil – 3 spoons
  5. Ginger and garlic paste – one spoon
  6. Red chili powder – one spoon
  7. Spicy masala – one spoon
  8. Coriander Leaves – one cup
  9. Cinnamon Stick – 1
  10. Bay leaf – one

Preparation

  1. Grind the tomatoes, onions a paste.
  2. Boil, peel the eggs and keep them aside.
  3. Sauté the boiled eggs for 5 minutes.
  4. Fry the cardamoms stick, bay leaf, cinnamon, ginger garlic paste, and onion and tomato paste. Cook them properly.
  5. Add the garam masala, chili powder, salt.
  6. Make sure batter becomes thick. Mix the eggs into a mixture.
  7. At last sprinkle coriander leaves.

  2. Cook all ingredients. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cashew nuts paste, almond paste. Cook all till oil appears out.
  3. Add the boiled eggs to it.
  4. Sprinkle coriander leaves, garam masala powder and cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Hot Egg Kurma curry is ready.

  4. Red chili powder – one spoon
