- Eggs – 5
- Tomatoes – one cup
- Onions – one cup
- Oil – 3 spoons
- Ginger and garlic paste – one spoon
- Red chili powder – one spoon

Preparation
- Grind the tomatoes, onions a paste.
- Boil, peel the eggs and keep them aside.
- Sauté the boiled eggs for 5 minutes.
- Fry the cardamoms stick, bay leaf, cinnamon, ginger garlic paste, and onion and tomato paste. Cook them properly.
- Add the garam masala, chili powder, salt.
- Make sure batter becomes thick. Mix the eggs into a mixture.
- At last sprinkle coriander leaves.

Preparation
- Break the egg, add salt and beat the egg yolk, and keep aside.
- Take a bowl, heat the oil fry the chopped onions, salt, tomatoes, pepper powder, Turmeric.

Preparation
- Heat the oil; fry the Green chili, onions, ginger garlic paste, tomatoes.
- Cook all ingredients. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cashew nuts paste, almond paste. Cook all till oil appears out.
- Add the boiled eggs to it.
- Sprinkle coriander leaves, garam masala powder and cook for 10 minutes.
- Hot Egg Kurma curry is ready.

Ingredients
- Boiled Eggs – 5
- Gram flour – one cup
- Rice flour – one spoon
- Red chili powder – one spoon
- Salt – 2 spoons
- Onion – 2 cups
Preparation
- Cut the eggs into round slices and keep aside.
- Take a wide bowl; add Gram flour, Rice flour, red chili powder, Salt.
- And mix well with water. Heat the oil for deep fry.

Preparation
- Do the Shallow fry of onions, Ginger and garlic paste, green chilly.
