  • Cut off ½ inch from the top of every single apple. Scoop out the inner portion of the apples such that the inner crust is vacant and it’s hollow. Place the vacant apples on a baking tray and spray some cooking oil beforehand.

  • Oil a mini cup-shaped tin or a muffin container. Beat butter and sugar in a bowl. Add vanilla extract and egg yolk and stir the ingredients until fluffy and smooth. Set aside for later use.
  • Mix baking soda, baking powder and flour in another bowl, stir the ingredients and then pour it into the bowl containing the egg mixture.Beat all the ingredients to form a dough. Scoop out 1 ½ inch balls from the dough and roll them into smooth balls.
  • Place each dough balls in the muffin tin cavities and press them slightly such that they take the shape of the muffin cavities. Place the tin in the oven and bake for 10 minutes until the edges of the muffin crusts are golden. Remove the pan from the oven and cool the muffin crusts at room temperature.
  • Whisk the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and thick. Pour a few drops of vanilla extract and beat the cream cheese heavily.

  • Pour brown sugar on the top of the butter pieces. Place the dumplings on the baking tray and set aside.
  • Meanwhile in a saucepan add white sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, milk, water, vanilla extract, and butter. Stir the ingredients heavily over moderate temperature and bring them to boil for 5 minutes while stirring continuously until the sugar dissolves and the butter melts entirely with other ingredients.
  • Pour this mixture all over the apple dumplings and place the tray in the oven. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes until the crust turns golden brown in color and the apples are soft.
  • Remove from the oven and pierce each dumpling with a toothpick to check if the apples are smooth or hard and the crust in entirely baked.
  • Cool the dumplings at room temperature. Place each dumpling in a serving bowl and garnish with honey on the top of each of the dumplings and finally dollop a scoop of vanilla ice cream over each apple dumpling.

  • Mix milk and gelatine powder in a small bowl and allow the gelatine powder to smoothen for 5 minutes.
  • Pour the milk into the cream mixture and stir continuously until entirely dissolved. Finally, pour the mixture into serving glasses and store in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or for overnight.
  • In the meantime, mix the gelatine in the pomegranate juice and dissolve for 5 minutes.
  • Now, in a medium sized saucepan pour the gelatine pomegranate juice and add sugar. Boil the ingredients until the sugar dissolves entirely.
  • Remove the saucepan from the heat and cool at room temperature. After the juice cools down completely, pour into the prepared pannacotta glasses.

Fuse orange with chocolate for a refreshing and nourishing dessert this midwinter. A simple recipe and a three ingredient fix, all you need is a handful of oranges, molten chocolate and coconut flakes the Chocolate Orange Cuties are always an entertainer!

Ingredients:

  • Oranges – 5
  • Coconut Oil – One Tablespoon
  • Chocolate – 1 cup
  • Coconut – 1

Instructions:

  • Remove the coconut shell and peel the inner core of the coconut and transfer the flakes in a bowl. Set aside for later use.
  • Peel the oranges and place them in another bowl. Heat the coconut oil and chocolate in a saucepan and stir both the ingredients continuously until incorporated.
  • Remove the saucepan from the heat and cool the molten chocolate at room temperature.
  • Arrange a parchment paper on a baking tray. Dip each part of orange in the molten chocolate and place them on the baking tray.
  • Scatter coconut flakes over the chocolate layer and store the tray in the refrigerator to settle for around 15 minutes. Remove from the refrigerator and serve cool and tasty Chocolate Orange Cuties.

20. Cherry Garcia Brownies

These homemade cherry chocolate brownies have an insane chocolate cherry flavor and are just as simple to prepare. It’s a perfectly composed chocolaty fudge brownie with juicy cherries in each chew, slightly fragrant and dense; this is guaranteed to become your beloved sweet dish.  

Ingredients:

  • Brownie Mix – 1 Packet
  • Cream Cheese – 8 ounces
  • Vanilla Extract – One Tablespoon
  • Egg – 1
  • Sugar – ½ cup
  • Cherries – 2 cups
  • Chocolate chips – 1 cup
  • Butter – Two Tablespoons
  • Flour – Two Tablespoons

Instructions:

  • Heat up the oven to 350 degrees F. Apply butter on the surface of and 8-inch baking tray and sprinkle some flour on the top.
  • Make the brownie mix according to the packet directions. In another bowl, whisk the cream cheese, egg, vanilla extract and sugar until smooth. Add the cherries and stir the mixture continuously.
  • Pour the brownie mixture into the baking tray. Pour the cherry mixture over it and spread evenly over the brownie mixture.
  • Melt the chocolate chips in a saucepan over moderate heat. Add sugar and stir the contents until the sugar is entirely dissolved and the chocolate mixture is thick and smooth.
  • Pour the chocolate mixture over the cherry mixture and spread evenly. Place the baking tray in the oven and bake for 45 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool it at room temperature.
  • Slice into small cubical pieces and serve. Garnish with chocolate syrup (optional) and enjoy the delicious Cherry Garcia Brownies.
