
Apples are truly one of the most popular and versatile fruits. They have numerous health benefits. They come in a variety of colors like red, green, and yellow, each offering a balance of sweetness and acidity. Apples can be enjoyed fresh, baked, or cooked into various dishes like pies, cookies, and sauces. Here are some apple sweet delights for all occasions :
1.Apple Kheer
Peel and grate two apples. Saute them in ghee so that they are slightly golden. Next, add milk and bring it to a boil. Once the apples are soft, use the back of a ladle to mash it. Add sugar and crushed cardamom pods. Keep stirring till the kheer reaches a creamy consistency. Garnish with cashews and pistachios.

2.Apple Halwa
In a pan, add ghee and saute grated apples till it softens and releases moisture. Add milk, sugar, and cardamom powder into it. Cook on low heat till the milk is fully absorbed and thickens to a pudding-like consistency. Garnish the halwa with chopped almonds.

3.Apple Barfi
Blend two apples into a smooth pulp. In a pan, add ghee and the pureed apples. Gradually mix in some milk powder and sugar. Cook this mixture till it thickens. Then, transfer it onto a tray that is greased with ghee and smoothen it out. Refrigerate for at least a day and cut into square or diamond shapes. Garnish with chopped nuts and silver foil.

4.Apple Chutney
In a pan, add thinly sliced onions. Saute in oil till it turns translucent. Next, add chopped apples, vinegar, sugar, cinnamon, cloves, and ginger into it.
