Easy One Cup Chocolate Recipes

Chocolate is a universally loved and  versatile ingredient. These single-serving recipes require  little to no effort. They are a quick way to satisfy a person’s chocolate cravings and can be enjoyed either warm or cold. Here are some easy one cup chocolate recipes for chocolate lovers :

1.Chocolate Mug Cake

In a mug, mix a little bit of flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract together. Keep stirring until it turns smooth. Microwave this on high heat so that the cake gets set in the center. Garnish with chocolate chips on top.

2.One-cup Brownies

In a bowl, add melted butter, sugar, egg whites, and vanilla extract. Beat till fluffy. Then, add cocoa powder, salt, and little flour to form a thick batter. Pour into a cup that is greased with butter and bake until fudgy. You can also incorporate chopped nuts and chocolate chips in the batter.

3.Microwave Chocolate Chip Cookie

Make the dough using flour, sugar, salt, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Then, mix in a handful of chocolate chips. Transfer this into a mug and smoothen with the back of a spoon. Microwave the dough in short intervals until it sets but still remains gooey in the center.

Place graham cracker crumbs at the bottom of the mug and microwave for a minute. Next, layer a generous amount of chocolate chips on top and microwave till the chocolate melts. Then, add small marshmallows on top. Repeat the process till the mug is filled. Microwave it again so that the marshmallows get puffy and slightly golden.
