1 Grilled Cheese Sandwich

In a bowl, beat 3 ounces of softened cream cheese and mayonnaise until the mixture is smooth. Stir in the cheeses, ½ tsp garlic powder and sprinkle seasoned salt. Spread the mixture on five slices of bread, about 1/3 cup on each. Top it up with remaining bread. Butter the sandwiches. On medium heat, toast sandwiches for 5 minutes on each side until the bread turns light brown and cheese melts.

Sweet Potato with baked cilantro

Scrub sweet potatoes and pierce them with a fork. Microwave it while it is uncovered on high for 8 minutes until it’s smooth, then turn it over. Then, in a large pan, heat oil on medium-high heat. Add some pepper and green onions. Then cook for a few minutes.  Stir in beans, salsa, corn, lime juice, peanut butter, cumin, garlic salt and then cilantro Fluff the pulp of the sweet potato after splitting it with a fork. In the end, spoon the bean mixture over the potatoes.

3Minstrone Soup

Place 3 roughly chopped bacon rashers, 2 peeled carrots, 2 celery sticks and 1 peeled potato in a large pan and stir together. Cook uncovered over high heat, stir often for 5 minutes.

Add 2 garlic cloves, 4 cup beef stock, add 400 gm each -tomatoes and red kidney beans to the pan, then cover and let it boil at low heat. Stir occasionally for 30 minutes. Over high heat, add pasta and cook uncovered, stir occasionally while following packet directions. It’s season is with spices and pepper. 

Serve hot.

Heat grill to medium. Grill sausages, turning occasionally, until they get cooked through for 10 to 15 minutes. Then serve in rolls with desired toppings. You can add the toppings of your choice and your dish will be ready.

5Curried Sausage

Take 1 tbsp olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Fry 400 gm sausages, one by one, turning, for 5 minutes till they turn brown. Put in a plate. Add 1 large onion, 2 peeled carrots and 2 crushed garlic cloves. Cook and stir for 5 minutes till it becomes soft. Add in curry powder.

After adding, cook it until its fragrance touches your nose. As you feel fragrance, drop spoons of fruit chutney, Not forgetting to keep sausages  in the pan. To have a better taste, cover it until it boils. Then keep it at low flame. Let it cook uncovered for 25 minutes till sausages are cooked through and the sauce thickens. Stir in some peas. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes till it’s heated. Serve with rice.

6Lemon Rice

Gently roast 2 tsp coriander seeds and then grind them. Keep it aside.

Meanwhile, heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and add 2 tsp mustard seeds, 8 curry leaves, 3 chopped green chillies and 1 tsp grated ginger. Fry it till it stops spluttering and be careful not to burn the spices.

Add 1 ½ tsp turmeric powder and turn off heat. Then mix 2 tsp lemon juice in it. Now add in the rice and mix it with roasted coriander. Serve in a bowl.

7Bhel Puri

First, take a large mixing bowl and 2 cups of murmura. Dry roast the murmura. Now add an onion, a potato, 4 crushed papdi Then, 4 tbsp mixture of murmura and 3 tbsp peanuts (fried) and mix it up with 2 tbsp tomato, ¼ tsp chilli powder,  ½ tsp chaat masala and ¼ tsp salt and mix all ingredients well. To this, add 4 tbsp tamarind chutney(optional) , 2 tbsp green chutney and 1 tsp lemon juice. Mix well. Add 2 tbsp sev. Sprinkle garnished onion and crushed papdi.

8Citrus and Garlic Prawns

Add 1 tsp coriander, 1 tsp garlic, 1 tsp mustard oil, 2 tsp lemon juice to 6 prawns and mix well. Season the mix with salt and pepper. Add some orange juice to it and mix the prawns well. Now spread some bread crumbs on a plate. Coat the prawns well with the bread crumbs, now skew them on sticks. Heat about a 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a flat pan. Cook for about 10 minutes. Serve with dashed coriander.

9Mini Mushroom pizza

Take the pizza and by a cookie cutter, cut small circles and pin it with a fork. Preheat it for 5 minutes. Now, take a pan and saute 1 tsp garlic and 2 tbsp onions. Add tomato puree, rosemary and salt. Cook it till the sauce is thick. Add a pinch of sugar. Take the toasted pizza bases and pour some sauce. Use mushroom, corn and grated cheese as toppings. Bake it in the oven for melted cheese. Serve it hot.

10Tomato Paneer

In a pan add 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp cumin and ½ tbsp ginger-garlic paste. Add in ½  diced capsicum. Saute for 4-5 minutes. Add tomato puree, then add salt, 1 tsp garam masala and ½ tsp sugar. Cook for some time. Then add ¼ cup milk and mix it well. Add 1 cup of paneer cubes. Cook for 2 minutes on low flame. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.

Pasta in mushroom sauce

Put 100 gram pasta in boiling salted water for the time specified on the packet Sauce. In a heavy pan, saute 1 tbsp onion and 1 garlic clove in 2 tbsp olive oil, then add 50 gram mushroom and 30 ml wine. Let the wine evaporate, then add some water. Add salt, some herbs and cook for 5 minutes. Once the pasta is cooked. Serve it.

12French Cheese Toast

First make a herb paste: In a blender make a paste of 1 spring onion, 2 basil leaves, 2 green chillies, coriander and a bunch of chives. To make the sauce paste, take a bowl and mi x chilli tomato ketchup, mustard and 1 tbsp mayonnaise. For the egg mix, take a bowl, whisk egg whites with some salt. Add the herb paste to it. Take bread and apply the sauce paste, place 2 cheese slices on it. Repeat on another bread. Chill for 2-3 minutes. Dip the sandwich made in the egg mixture. Add some olive oil in a pan and cook the french toast till it turns golden brown. Cut it and serve.

13Amritsari Fish

Wash, clean and cut the fish into fingers. Apply salt, 20 ml lime juice, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and red chilli powder. Add 200 gram gram flour, 100 gram yoghurt, 2 eggs, 5 gram ajwain, salt and water to make a batter. Marinate the fish in the batter for ten minutes. Take a pan, heat oil and deep fry the fish till it starts turning brown. Put some chaat masala in it and serve hot.

Take a pan, heat 2 tbsp oil and 2 tbsp butter in it. Add 2 tsp jeera, 2 onions, 1 tsp ginger garlic chilli paste, 8-9 potatoes and 5 carrots. Let 1 cup palak puree cook on low flame for sometime. Mix some salt, pepper and coriander in it. Mix some butter, cream and lime juice in it. Garnish with cream, red chilli powder and coriander in the end. Serve hot.

15Vegetable Sandwich

Cut 50 gm broccoli into florets. Grill some bell peppers, then squash zucchini and eggplant on both sides. Baste with some olive oil and herbs. The grilled vegetables should be soaked with the mixture for 10 minutes. Grill two slices of bread. Make a spread for the sandwich by mixing together some cream cheese, plum chutney and a few drops of tobacco. Then, season with salt and pepper. Put this mixture on all the slices of bread. Put in a few leaves of lettuce and add the vegetable mix. Add some slices of Brie cheese.

16Mushroom Burger

In a large bowl, mix all these ingredients- 2 ½  cups finely chopped fresh mushrooms, 2 lightly beaten eggs, ½  cup dry bread crumbs, ½  cup shredded cheese, ½  cup finely chopped onion, 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, ¼  teaspoon dried thyme, and ¼ teaspoon pepper. 

Then shape it into four 3-4 thick patties Take a large fry pan and heat oil over medium heat. Add burgers and cook till they are crisp and lightly browned, a few minutes on each side. Serve on buns with lettuce on top.

17Egg Salad

In a large bowl, combine ¼ cup mayonnaise, 2 teaspoons lemon juice, 1 teaspoon dry minced onion, ¼ tsp salt and ¼ tsp pepper. Stir in 6 hard-boiled eggs and ½ cup finely chopped celery. Cover and freeze, then serve.

18Vegetable Fried Rice

In a pan add and saute 1 Tbsp oil, 2-3 garlic cloves and 1 red chilli. Add 1 tbsp chopped carrots, 3-4 chopped baby corn, few green beans and 4 tsp diced cabbage. Add sesame oil and saute. Add boiled rice. Season with salt, pepper, soy sauce and wine. Cook for 1 minute. Garnish with some chopped spring onion greens before serving.

19Paneer Tikki

Grate 1 peeled potato, add 100 gm paneer, ¼ cup water chestnut, rock salt, pepper, few green chillies and tulsi. Mash well until it’s texture resembles a dough. Grease your hands and give them the shape of tikki. Heat a thin layer of oil in a non-stick fry pan. Deep fry the tikkis. Add a little more ghee and serve hot with a sauce.

20Grilled Eggplant

Brush 2 eggplant (cut half) slices with oil. Sprinkle 2 tsp lime juice and 3 tsp Cajun seasoning. Keep still for 5 minutes.
