- Corn – one cup
- Onion–one cup
- Baking soda – one spoon
- All purpose flour–one cup
- Gram flour–one cup
- Cumin seeds– one spoon
- Vegetable oil– one cup

Preparation
- Take a wide bowl; fry the corn kernels, garlic, bell pepper, and onions in oil for few minutes.
- Take a mixer grinder, and grind the flour, cumin powder, and baking soda and make a hard dough.
- Make this dough into round balls and fry in oil until crunchy. Have the fritters with a bell sauce.

Spiced Simmered Corn
Ingredients
- Corn– one cup
- Vegetable oil– one cup
- Ginger– one spoon
- Coriander leaves– one spoon
- Coconut– one cup
- Green chilly – one spoon
- Mustard seeds – one spoon
- Curry leaves – one spoon
- Milk – one cup
- Coriander – one spoon
Preparation
- Store boiled water of the corn. Grind coriander, ginger, green chilli and coconut. Pour the corn water into paste.
- Heat oil, and fry the curry leaves andmustard seeds. Include the coconut paste and cook for ten minutes with lid.
- Mix the boiled corn, curd and milk. Serve in a bowl and decorate with coriander leaves.

3. Bhutteyan Da Kebab
Ingredients
- Oil– one cup
- Corn– one cup
- Ginger – one inch
- Mint leaves – one spoon
- Green chilly – 3
- Cheddar cheese– one cup
- Potatoes- 2
Preparation
- Boil the potatoes and smash them. Shred the corn.
- Take a bowl, add corn, potatoes, ginger, cheddar cheese, garam masala and mint leaves and knead as a dough.
- Split the dough into identical parts and prepare pipe like kebabs.
- Heat oil in a pan, and fry them over low heat until crunchy red color.

4. Handi Corn Sabzi
Ingredients
- Onion-1
- Curry Powder – one spoon
- Corn – one cup
- Capsicum – 1
- Cumin seeds – one spoon
- Cardamom – one spoon
- Curry leaves – one spoon
- Vegetable oil– one cup
- Green chilly – one spoon
- Tamarind – one cup
- Coconut– one cup
- Garlic and ginger – one spoon
Preparation
- Heat the oil; fry the corn kernels, green chilli, capsicum, curry leaves, and cumin seeds.
- Add the ginger and garlic paste, and onions. Sprinkle the curry powder, salt, chilli powder and sauté for five minutes.
- Pour the tamarind juice, jaggery cubes and boil for ten minutes.
- Transfer into a plate and sprinkle the melon juice. Serve hot.

5. Corn And Fruits Chat
Ingredients
- Coriander leaves – one spoon
- Mustard seeds – one spoon
- Tamarind – one spoon
- Mint leaves – one spoon
- Corn– one cup
- Orange– one cup
- Pomegranate– one cup
- Capsicum– one cup

Preparation
- Take a bowl add capsicum, mint, pomegranate, orange and boiled corn. Pour tamarind juice and lime.
- Sprinkle chili powder, cumin, coriander leaves, chat masala and salt.
- Combine all the ingredients neatly and serve.

6. Corn And Potato Soup
Ingredients
- Corn– one cup
- Potatoes– one cup
- Bell pepper-1
- Red chilly – one spoon
- Salt – one spoon
- Pepper – one spoon
- Parsley – one spoon
- Chives – one spoon
- Garlic – one spoon
- Rosemary – one spoon
- Bay leaf – 1
- Butter – one spoon
- Onion – 1
Preparation
- In a pot, add butter, onions and cook. Include the corn, bay leaves, potatoes, pepper, rosemary and garlic.
- Pour water, white wine and boil for ten minutes. Finally, sprinkle the finely chopped chives, parsley and pepper. Serve hot.

7. Baby Corn Potato
Ingredients
- Baby corn– one cup
- Corn flour– one cup
- Coriander powder – one spoon
- Ginger and garlic – one spoon
- Turmeric, salt – one spoon
- Cumin seeds – one spoon
- Red chilly – one spoon
- Gram flour – one cup
- Vegetable oil– one cup
Preparation
- Simmer water, and sprinkle salt and baby corn and keep aside. Take a wide bowl, add gram flour, corn flour, coriander powder, ginger and garlic paste, turmeric, salt, cumin seeds, and red chilly.
- Mix all the ingredients as paste using dough water. Coat all baby corns with paste and keep aside about 15 minutes.
- Deep fry the corn until brown color. Serve into a plate and decorate with curry leaves.

8. Savory Corn Tarts
Ingredients
- Cream – one cup
- Ricotta cheese– one cup
- Pepper – 1
- Corn – one spoon
- Mushroom– one cup
- Egg -2
- Cheddar cheese– one cup
- Cornmeal– one cup
- Spinach– one cup
- Sugar– one cup
- Salt – one spoon
Preparation
- Put the corn meal in a pan and add sugar, salt, cheese and mix using flour.
- To make a proper dough, mix oil and egg. Arrange the dough into moulds and bake them for ten minutes. Meanwhile, warm spinach, corn and mushrooms.
- Sprinkle pepper and salt. Fill tart mushroom curry and coat with egg batter and grated cheese.
- Again heat the tart in oven for 10 minutes.

- Lettuce – one spoon

- Tomato – one cup
- Bread crumbs– one cup

- Celery – one spoon
- Corn flour– one cup
- Feta cheese– one cup

- Jalapeno – one spoon

Preparation
- Simmer the potato pieces and put aside. Warm the oil; fry the corn, celery, onions, and leeks.
- Add smashed potatoes, jalapenos, coriander, and feta cheese. Sprinkle salt, thyme. Pour milk and make tight dough using the corn flour.
- Prepare the burger patties and apply the bread crumbs as coat. Fry the patties. Meanwhile, warm the buns with butter.
- Place the patties, tomato slices inside the bun. Yummy burger is ready.

10. Corn And Peanut Chutney
Ingredients
- Corn– one cup
- Peanuts– one cup
- Mustard seeds – half Spoon
- Olive oil– one cup
- Curry Leaves – few
- Salt – one spoon
- Garlic – one spoon
- Ginger – one spoon
- Tamarind Pulp – one cup
Preparation
- Boil the corn and keep aside. Fry coconuts, and peanuts without oil.
- Mix the tamarind pulp, ginger, garlic, red chilli and onions. Grind corn and the remaining ingredients into a smooth paste.
- In another pan, heat the oil, sauté the curry leaf, and mustard seeds.
- Pour the tempering into corn paste.

11. Baby Corn Fry
Ingredients
- Baby corn– one cup
- Olive oil– Half Cup
- Parsley – one spoon
- Salt – As per Taste
- Garlic – one spoon
- Ginger – one spoon
- Black pepper – two spoons
Preparation
- Boil baby corn in water along with salt and keep aside.
- In a pan, warm the oil; fry the ginger & garlic paste. Sprinkle pepper, salt, and chat masala.
- Finally, include the boiled baby corn and cook for ten minutes. Transfer into a plate and decorate with parsley.

12. Corn Waffles
Ingredients
- Corn kernels – 1 cup
- Refined flour – 2 cups
- Tobasco sauce- 2 spoons
- Sugar –one spoon
- Salt –one spoon
- Buttermilk -1 cup
- Butter –one cup
- Egg -2
- Baking powder -1 spoon
Preparation
- Pre-warm a waffle stove. Take a bowl and add peppercorns, baking powder, flour and mix properly.
- Trash the butter, eggs and castor sugar. Add corn, buttermilk, flour and merge well.
- Place a part of the corn paste on the warm waffle mould, seal and bake for five minutes. Serve with tabasco sauce.

13. Crispy Corn Cheese Balls

- Corn flakes – one cup
- Oil – one cup
- Corn starch -1 spoon

- Red chilli flakes -1 spoon
- Coriander leaves-1 tablespoon

- Mozzarella cheese -1 spoons

Preparation
- Take a wide bowl, add cream style corn, cheese, salt, chilli flakes, coriander leaves, onions and mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan, Make small balls using corn-cheese mixture. Heat the oil, deep fry the balls for ten minutes.
- Hot Crispy Corn cheese balls are ready.

14. Spinach Corn Curry
Ingredients
- Spinach- one bunch
- Garlic cloves-5
- Ginger-2 spoons
- Onions- one cup
- Green chilli-5
- Sweet corn -one cup
- Turmeric-1spoon
- Ghee -1spoon
- Cumin seed-1spoon
- Garam masala-1spoon
- Ground coriander-1spoon
- Salt-3 spoon
Preparation
- Boil the corn seeds, and salt in water and keep aside.
- Heat the pan; pour the ghee and fry the ginger, onions, garlic, spinach, green chilies, and cumin seeds for 15 minutes.
- Include garam masala, and salt. Add the boiled corn to it and cook.
- Sprinkle ground coriander. Flavorful spinach corn curry is ready.

15. Baby Corn Manchurian
Ingredients
- Capsicums – 3
- Baby Corns – 4
- Onions – 2
- Salt –one spoon
- Ginger and garlic paste – Half spoons
- Corn flour – 3 spoons
- Soya sauce – Half cup
- Green chilli – 3
- Chilli sauce- Half cup
- Maida Flour – 6 spoons
Preparation
- Boil baby corns in water with salt. Take a bowl; add baby corn, mint chutney, salt, maida and soak for ten minutes.
- Warm the oil and fry baby corn in oil. Make sure baby corn turns red. Fry the ginger paste and capsicum.
- Add chilli sauce, and soya sauce. Now prepare the corn flour with water and include into curry.
- Once the curry starts to thicken, add the fried baby corn and stir.

16. Corn And Mint Lassi
Ingredients
- Ice cube – 5
- Yogurt – one cup
- Sweet corn –one cup
- Cinnamon powder- one spoon
- Mint Leaves- one spoon
- Salt – one spoon
- Green Chilli – one spoon
Preparation
- Boil the sweet corn for an hour. Mix curd, corn, green chilli and water and blend it. Add salt and mint leaves.
- Stir well carefully. Now, transfer into serving glass, add ice cubes.
- Decorate with finely chopped mint, corn and enjoy the lassi.

17. Corn Dosa Recipe
Ingredients
- Rice flour – one cup
- Dry corns – one cup
- Sweet corn – one cup
- Chopped onions – one cup
- Green chilli – 2 spoons
- Salt – one spoon
Preparation
- Soak rice flour and dry corns for 3 hours. Boil sweet corn and keep aside.
- Grind them into a smooth paste. Now add sweet corns, salt, chopped onions, and green chilli to it and mix well.
- Heat the oil in a pan, place the batter and prepare dosa.
- Cook the dosa on a low flame with oil. Hot sweet corn dosa is ready to serve.

18. Grilled Corn Toast

- Bread slices-4
- Oregano – one spoon
- Cheese-1 cup
- Salt –as per taste
- Garlic sauce – one spoon
- Tomato cubes – one cup
- Olive oil – one spoon
- Corn – one cup
Preparation
- Boil corn and keep it aside. Warm the oil in a pan, add corn, tomatoes and cook for five minutes.
- Mix salt, and garlic sauce. Add oregano, cheese and fry for few minutes. Now take the bread slices and toast.
- Place one spoon of corn topping over each bread and flatten. Hot corn toast is ready.

19. Corn Kheer
Ingredients
- Almonds – Few
- Cardamom powder – one spoon
- Sugar – 1 cup.
- Milk – one cup
- Sweet corns – one cup
- Coconut – one spoon
- Raisins – one spoon
- Cashew nuts – one spoon
- Ghee – one spoon
Preparation
- Take a Mixer jar, add sweet corns and grind into bristly pulp.
- Warm the ghee, fry the sweet corns, coconut, raisins and cashew nuts. Pour milk and boil for five minutes.
- Add the corn paste and cook for ten minutes. When milk is thickened, mix sugar into it.
- Finally sprinkle cardamom powder. Corn payasam is ready.
