2. Malai Chaap Dry
Malai chap is made by garnishing the fried chap with marinade. The marinade for this chap is made by mixing spices like cumin seeds, coriander seeds, cloves and other spices mixed well in cream. The chap is fried or it is baked on coals to give it better taste.
3. Pudina Chaap Dry
This chap is made similar to that of masala chap with slight difference. The difference comes in the taste of chap i.e. there is added taste of pudina in this chap. The chap is garnished with pudina and onions. The chap is made taste much better than masala chap due to added taste of pudina.
4. Stuff Chaap Dry
Stuff chap is made by immersing the chap sticks in the masala marinade. The marinade of this chap is made by mixing the cloves, cumin seed, coriander seeds, and other spices together to give it good taste. The chap is stuffed with the marinade and then it is baked on coals to give smoky flavor and to make it edible.

Butter chap tikka is made by frying the boiled chap sticks in the butter for giving it buttery taste. Some of the spices are sprinkled over it for good taste and it is served with green chili sauce and sliced onions. It is baked on coals firstly and then fried in butter.

The haryali chap is made my dipping the grilled chap in the marinade of chili sauce and other spice to make it look green and add tangy taste. The chap is served with sliced onions and garam masala or chat masala is sprinkled over it for making it happening.
