Dal Bati is an authentic dish from Rajasthan. It is served as a complete meal also known as Dal-Bati-Churma. Gobhi Manchurian might be delicious in taste but many are not aware of the hard work it requires in its cooking. The melt in the mouth cauliflower florets requires a great time to cook. If a proper method is not followed, then be prepared to miss the crispiness of this dish.
5 Gilawati Kabab
Vegetarian or Non-Vegetarian Kebabs, cooking them is never an easy task. It requires slow cooking and should be cooked to perfection to ensure that it is completely cooked. The quality of this dish depends on the quantities used to prepare it. The ingredients should be in perfect ratio and the ingredients should be fresh as it can make or break the kebabs. 7 Sohan Papdi

If making sugar parantha comes with a lot of difficulties, then Puran Poli will scare you. Stuffing jaggery and chana dal in the form of powder and baking it just like a parantha on the tawa without melting the jaggery inside is a difficult task. You need a lot of practice to prepare this one.

Fried Modak is a sweet dish famous in Maharashtra and considered auspicious because of its consumption during Ganesh Chaturthi. It is stuffed with sweetness inside and is fried in such a manner that the stuffing does not erupt in the oil.
Jalebi is a sweet loved by many. Apart from its preparation time, frying the jalebi in the piping hot oil on flame is a difficult task. To get the perfect crisp, the nozzel needs to be calibrated to the minimum thickness. It is important to fill the entire pan with oil before you start turning the jalebis.
