Sarso ka Saag and Makki ki Roti is a famous North Indian dish consumed during winters. It is because of the availability of sarso, a green leafy vegetable which is a key ingredient. Makke ki Roti is difficult to prepare as its dough makes it difficult to blend because of its coarse texture. It is not made just like another roti, rather with hands and oil to minus the friction and avoids cracking the perfect round shape. 10 Jalebi
