- One cup all-purpose flour
- One fourth cup semolina
- 2/3 cup of powdered sugar
- 2/3 cup of clarified butter
- Four ground cardamom
- Pista flakes for garnishing
Method
- Beat the sugar and clarified butter until they are combined
- Sift all dry ingredients
- Add all the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and combine
- Knead to a soft dough
- Make round balls and flatten them into a disc shape
- Top them with pista or almond flakes
- Bake them in a pre-heated oven for 30 minutes at 180C
- Let them cool
- Store them in an airtight container, and it will last for a month.

- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- Beat the butter until it’s light and add sugar to it

- One cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ½ cup fine sugar

- Mix the baking powder and all purpose flour and combine well
- Add sugar and butter and mix it together
- Knead for five minutes
- Add one teaspoon of milk if the dough is dry
- Make small balls and flatten them

- Do not over-knead
- Let the dough rest in a cool place for one hour
- Make medium sized balls from the dough and slightly flatten them

- Crush it coarsely and keep it aside
- Take softened butter and add powdered sugar to it
- Add all purpose flour in batches and mix till combined
