Located in the heart of London’s Camden district, Camden Town is renowned for its vibrant nightlife and welcoming market. Its bustling pubs, offbeat nightclubs, and market stalls are only a small part of what this north-westerly municipality has to offer, though. Among the best in the entire city, Camden’s food markets are home to an ever-changing array of street food vendors and restaurants all competing to serve up Camden’s best dish. Take a look at our list of the best Camden restaurants below for some inspiration.
1. Arepazo Bros
Arepazo Bros is a place where you can add a little culture to your taste when you visit. The Arepazo Brothers specialize in Venezuelan wraps. They serve the best Latin food in the area. The best thing about these wraps is that they’re made from 100% corn flour bread, which means they’re completely gluten-free! They’re crispy on the outside, soft and tender on the inside, and can be filled with any kind of meat you want, like shredded chicken or beef. They can also be filled with cheese, vegetables, black beans, and other things. It’s the most exotic and tasty sandwich you’ve ever had, so you should go to this stall. This is worth a try for anyone who wants to eat good food at a good price.

2. Chin Chin Ice Cream
One of the top restaurants in Camden Market is Chin Chin. When it comes to ice cream creation, liquid nitrogen is the secret ingredient at Chin Chin Labs, London’s quirkiest ice cream parlor. Additionally, a sticky toffee pudding sundae and griddle-cooked vegan cookie dough are available at Chin Chin. Their weekly specialties include everything from beer butter caramel and coal-smoked satsuma to fig jam doughnuts, all of which are served alongside their regular ice cream flavors. They also sell ice cream sandwiches and hot chocolate topped with meringue, in addition to ice cream.

3. VBurger
VBurger serves fully plant-based burgers to satisfy vegans, vegetarians, and I-don’t-eat-meat-on-Mondays-ians’ burger cravings. The menu, designed by London chef Yossi Edri, will feature three distinct burgers: beetroot, falafel, and seitan. In addition to these enchanted offspring of Mother Nature, you will find enticing-sounding sides such as skin-on-fries, sweet potato wedges, and coleslaw salad. There will also be the opportunity to add a little extra avocado or vegan-friendly cheese to your burger, and you’d be insane not to…

4. Lost Boys Pizza
Pizza purists beware: Lost Boys Pizza is a pizzeria that prides itself on defying the rules of the game. Pizza and Croque Monsieur are served on charcoal bases at Lost Boys Pizza & Croque Monsieur in Camden, where the distinctive slices are served on charcoal bases with eccentric toppings and a nostalgic 80s atmosphere.

5. The Colonel Fawcett
While there are a plethora of restaurants that serve delicious food in a welcoming environment, Colonel Fawcett has long been a favorite of mine. This pub serves sophisticated, seasonal fare in a setting that includes both dining and lounge spaces. There is nothing better than their beef and lamb roasts, which always come with all the trimmings, including perfectly cooked Yorkies! In addition, if gin is your preferred libation, this establishment offers a special gin menu.

6. Oli Baba’s
Oli Baba’s, the self-proclaimed “original inventors of halloumi fries,” is a Camden food institution that serves up some of the best halloumi fries in the entire capital. Their deep-fried cheese sticks come with za’atar yogurt, pomegranate seeds, mint, sumac, and pomegranate molasses. An incredible blend of distinct flavors that you won’t find anyplace else! A serving of Oli Baba’s halloumi fries is ideal for a fast snack while exploring Camden Market, or as an appetizer before diving into one of the West Yard’s other delectable delicacies.

7. What The Pitta
Vegan junk food that tastes good, is healthy and is good for the environment, which isn’t easy to do in a small restaurant. Take a look at this vegan food with a Turkish twist. We’re sure you’ll wonder how something that doesn’t have meat could be so good.

8. The Mac Factory
Macaroni and cheese is the ultimate comfort food, and for good reason: it’s a mainstay in so many people’s diets. Dried macaroni and cheese are usually the only components of mac & cheese. You’ve got your food. The Mac Factory, on the other hand, attempts to give this longtime favorite a gourmet makeover, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The Truffled Shroom flavor is a popular one. Indulgent truffles and their characteristic parmesan and thyme crumble are sprinkled on top of a melting macaroni pot.

9. Hache Burgers
This place is more on the high end of the burger joint spectrum. If you want to find the best burger in London, you’ll have to look for a long time. However, what they don’t have in rustic charm they make up for in flavor, toppings, and burgery goodness. For people who care about their health, also make a low-carb burger. If you like cheese and red onion chutney, you’ll love the Reblochon and Red Onion Chutney Burger. If you like rosemary lamb, you’ll love the Cajun-spiced Mexican burger with guacamole and salsa, too.

10. The Prince Albert Camden
Prince Albert is a great place to get traditional British fare in London. You can rely on the restaurant’s sustainably sourced and locally sourced meats and ingredients to give you peace of mind about the quality of your meal. Prince Albert, one of Camden’s most popular restaurants, is the place to go if you’re in the mood for some comfort food.

11. SteakHAUS
Steak and chips for under £10? The idea may make foodies cringe. But don’t judge anything until you’ve tried it. Best Béarnaise, Billy Gruff Butter, and STAKEhaus Secret Sauce are some of SteakHAUS’ hallmark sauces served with freshly grilled steak (you can even mix and match).SteakHAUS also strives to source the most ethical and sustainable meat available. Everything is from British farms within 50 miles of London and is Pasture-Fed for Life.

12. Rudy’s Dirty Vegan Diner
This devilishly decadent vegan diner, which is a local favorite among plant-based foodies, serves some of the best food in Camden, regardless of whether or not it is a vegetarian or vegan establishment. With a reputation for being at the peak of London’s vegan cuisine scene, Rudy’s Dirty Vegan Diner is a formidable force in the city’s vegan food scene. They provide plant-based, American-style cooking that is genuinely game-changing and never fails to impress, regardless of whether you are a meat-eater or a vegan.

13. Burger & Beyond
This legendary burger truck will leave you wanting more. Burger & Beyond provides premium beef burgers served with top-grade ingredients, drawing influence from curated burgers around the world. Their juicy burgers are everything a burger should be. Juicy, beefy, and flavorful. It’s no surprise that Burger & Beyond’s foodies own the farm where their beef comes from. To start, they have their 45 Day aged beef patty, bread, double American cheese pickled onion, and smokey mayo cheeseburger. Burger & Beyond is the perfect place to get a quick hunger fix. Their burgers should cost between £7 and £8.

14. Hans & Gretel
There is no better place to satisfy your sweet tooth than this Hansel & Gretel-themed dessert cafe. Candy canes, lollipops, and other colorful sweets adorn the cafe’s walls and ceilings, which are all hung from the cafe’s centrally-located huge tree. In addition, there is a sweets house where you can pose for photos. In addition to Hungarian funnel cakes and ice cream in waffle cones, there are also freak shakes and more at this store, which is a visual delight for the eyes as well as for the taste buds.

15. Magic Falafel
The term “magic” should never be used lightly, but these individuals are capable of performing bloodthirsty wonders. Choose between a fluffy pitta loaded with the greatest falafels in London (or at least Camden), or forgo the carbs and opt for a Magic Box, which is stuffed with salad, pickles, magic sauce, and all kinds of other delightful things. Never before has healthy cuisine tasted so amazing.

16. Leyas
For a hearty breakfast, check out The Blues Kitchen (in Camden) or the secluded Italian restaurant Casa Tua. In Camden, though, Leyas is the place to go for the greatest coffee, the most photogenic egg porn, and the most delectable smashed avocado on toast. Since I’ve spent many weekends there, this fantastic independent coffee shop has grown and now has three other locations in London.

17. Oh My Dog!
They take hot dogs to a new level with the American-themed street food staple Despite its massive size, Oh My Dog strives to be cutting-edge when it comes to its range of hot dogs. The Chilli-SteakDog is a beef frankfurter served on a demi-brioche bun, topped with bourbon chili-steak, melted cheddar, steamed onions, sliced jalapenos, sour cream, and American Mustard on top of a hand-made demi-brioche bread. That sounds incredible! Their hot dogs cost between £7 and £8.

18. The Cheese Bar
A location where you are encouraged to gasp, moan, and quiver at the utter cheesiness of everything. The Cheese Bar is the most recent endeavor of The Cheese Truck, which has long since won the hearts of Londoners. The Cheese Truck’s menu features renowned classics such as stilton, bacon, and pear toasties in addition to fresh new bad boys such as baked camembert, Mexican fondue, and even breakfast poutine. Fresh, hand-rolled tagliatelle topped with your preferred sauce and encased in a huge Grana Padano wheel for a cheesy twist. Prepared by chefs from the Italian region of Emilia-Romagna.

19. The Lansdowne
Comfort food can be hard to find, but The Lansdowne is a good place to eat in Camden because it has a menu full of traditional pub food from both the UK and the Mediterranean. Besides ads for tasty food, the venue has a unique old-school vibe and a wide selection of drinks.

20. Zala Grill
Zala Grill is a restaurant that has only been around for a short time. If you like Middle Eastern food, or if you don’t know what it is yet, Zala is the place for you. There is a great deal for you at Fever because they recently opened. Check out their Levantine pizzas or grilled pittas for just £7 for a quick bite on the street (including a drink). Enjoy a hearty main course or choose from their mix ‘n’ match menu for just £12.
