1. Cheese and Corn Noodles
Ingredients:
- Noodles- 1 cup
- Cheese (Grated)- 1 cup
- Sweet corn- ½ cup
- Pepper- ½ spoon
- Salt- according to taste
- Noodles Masala- 5 spoons
Preparation:
Put the water in pan and boil the noodles while also adding salt. Cool the noodles. Take the pan, heat the butter and fry the sweet corn for 2 minutes. Add boiled noodles, cook for 5 minutes till water is absorbed. Finally sprinkle the pepper powder and noodle masala. Serve noodles with tomato sauce.
2. Paneer Noodle
Ingredients:
- Noodles- 1 cup
- Paneer pieces- 1 cup
- Pepper powder- ½ spoon
- Salt–according to taste
- Noodles Masala- 5 spoons
- Capsicum- ½ cup
- Oil- 3 spoons
Preparation:
Put the water in pan and boil the noodles while also adding salt. Cool the noodles. Take the pan, heat the oil and fry the paneer pieces for 2 minutes till they turn golden. Fry the capsicum and add the boiled noodles. Cook for 5 minutes till the water is absorbed. Finally sprinkle the noodle masala and pepper powder. Serve noodles with tomato sauce.
3. Lemon Noodle
Ingredients:
- Noodles- 1 cup
- Green chilly pieces- 1 cup
- Pepper powder- ½ spoon
- Onion Pieces- 1 cup
- Salt- according to taste
- Noodles Masala- 5 spoons
- Lemon Juices- 1 cup
- Garlic and ginger paste- 1 spoon
- Tomato pieces- 1 cup
- Oil- 3 spoons
Preparation:
Put the water in pan and boil the noodles while also adding salt. Cool the noodles. Take the pan, heat the oil, and fry the tomato and chilly pieces. Add garlic and ginger paste and onion pieces and cook for 2 minutes. Add boiled noodles and cook for 5 minutes till the water is absorbed. Add the noodle masala and pepper powder. Pour lemon juice and mix well. Tasty Lemon Noodles ready.
4. Mango Noodles
Ingredients:
- Noodles- 1 cup
- Raw Mango Syrup- 1 cup and ½ spoon
- Mango pieces– ½ cup
- Sugar– 2 spoons
Preparation:
Add the sugar and water in a vessel and boil together. A few minutes later add noodles to the sugar water and cook the noodles. Boil till noodles becomes soft. Drain the water from noodles. Make sure they cool down and then add mango syrup. Freeze the dish for 4 hours. Cool Mango Noodles ready
5. Chilly Noodle
Ingredients:
- Noodles- 1 cup
- Green chilly pieces- 1 cup
- Pepper powder- ½ spoon
- Onion Pieces- 1 cup
- Salt– according to taste
- Noodles Masala- 5 spoons
- Lemon Juices- 1 cup
- Garlic and ginger paste– 1 spoon
- Capsicum– 1 cup
- Oil- 3 spoons
- Soy sauce- 2 spoons
- Chilly sauce- 2 spoons
Preparation:
Add the water in a pan and boil the noodles by adding salt. Cool the noodles. Take the pan, heat the oil, and fry the garlic and ginger paste. Later, cook the onions and capsicum for 2 minutes. Add tomato sauce and chilly sauce and mix them. Finally add cooked noodles to the fried onions mash and cook for 5 minutes. Add noodles masala and pepper powder for spicy taste.
6. Egg bhurji noodles
Ingredients:
- Noodles– 1 cup
- Eggs– 3
- Chilly powder– ½ spoon
- Salt– 2 spoons
- Butter– 2 spoons
Preparation:
Put the water in pan and boil the noodles with the salt. Cool the noodles. Heat the butter and pour the egg yolk in the pan and fry it for 2 minutes. Add a little more salt and chilly powder. Now mix the egg batter into cooked noodles and sprinkle the fried onions over it.
7. Chicken Noodles
Ingredients:
- Noodles – 1 cup
- Cooked Chicken pieces – 1 cup
- Chilly powder – ½ spoon
- Onion pieces – ½ cup
- Salt – 2 spoons
- Butter – 2 spoons
Preparation:
Put the water in pan and boil the noodles while also adding salt. Cool the noodles. Heat the butter and fry the onions for 2 minutes. Add garlic and ginger paste and fry it. Now add chicken pieces. Cook it for some time. Add the boiled noodles to the chicken curry and stir well. Finally add masala powder and pepper, and garnish with coriander leaves.
8. Mushroom and Broccoli Noodles
Ingredients:
- Noodles– 1 cup
- Broccoli– 1 cup
- Chilly powder– ½ spoon
- Onion pieces– ½ cup
- Salt– 2 spoons
- Capsicum– 1 cup
- Mushrooms- 1 cup
- Butter– 2 spoons
Preparation:
Heat the pan and fry the mushroom, capsicum and broccoli. Make sure the pieces become soft. Now add boiled noodles to the cooked vegetables. Mix well and add pepper, salt and noodles masala. Add oil occasionally. After 5 minutes transfer the dish into serving plate and garnish with coriander leaves.
9. Noodles Upma
Ingredients:
- Carrot- 1 cup
- Capsicum- 1 cup
- Beetroot- 1 cup
- Noodles- 1 cup
- Chilly powder– ½ spoon
- Onion pieces– ½ cup
- Salt– 2 spoons
- Butter– 2 spoons
Preparation:
Boil the noodles in water, add 3 drops of oil, and keep aside. Heat the pan with butter, add curry leaves, onions, mustard seeds and fry them. Now add carrot, capsicum and beetroot pieces and let them cook for some time. Finally add cooked noodles, add salt, chilly powder. Serve the dish into serving bowl.
10. Noodles Salad
Ingredients:
- Noodles– 1 cup
- Cucumber pieces– 1 cup
- Chilly pieces– ½ spoon
- Onion pieces– ½ cup
- Salt– 2 spoons
- Tomato pieces– 2 spoons
- Chat masala– One spoon
- Garlic pods– 5 pieces
Preparation:
Crush the noodles into small pieces. Roast the noodles pieces without oil. Take a wide bowl and add cucumber, onion and tomato pieces. Add garlic pods and green chilly pieces to the vegetable pieces. Add salt, chat masala and roasted noodles and mix well. Make sure all ingredients are mixed well. Serve into new plate and decorate with coriander leaves.
11. Noodles Bhel-Puri
Ingredients:
- Noodles– 1 cup
- Puffed rice– ½ cup
- Tomato pieces– 1 cup
- Cooked potatoes– 1 cup
- Mango pieces– 1 cup
- Cooked Chicken pieces– 1 cup
- Chilly powder– ½ spoon
- Onion pieces– ½ cup
- Salt– 2 spoons
- Lemon juice– 2 spoons
Preparation:
Crush the noodles into small pieces. Roast the noodle pieces without oil. Take a wide bowl and add tomato pieces, onions, green chilly powder and potato pieces and mix well. Add roasted noodles to it and mix well. Finally add mango pieces and lemon. Add puffed rice to the mixture. Tasty Noodles Bhel-Puri snack is ready.
12. Noodles Poha
Ingredients:
- Noodles – 1 cup
- Flattened rice – ½ cup
- Tomato pieces – 1 cup
- Cooked potatoes – 1 cup
- Mango pieces – 1 cup
- Cooked Chicken pieces – 1 cup
- Chilly powder – ½ spoon
- Onion pieces – ½ cup
- Salt – 2 spoons
- Lemon juice – 2 spoons
- Oil – 2 spoons
Preparation:
Cook the noodles with water. Heat the oil add and fry the tomato pieces, onions, green chilly powder and potato pieces, and mix well. Add cooked noodles to it and mix well. Add mango pieces, lemon and finally flattened rice to the cooked dish. Tasty Noodles Poha is ready to serve.
13. Soupy noodles
Ingredients:
- Noodles – 1 cup
- Sweet corn – 1 cup
- Chicken soup – 1 cup
- Corn flour – 2 spoons
- Pepper – as per taste
- Spring onions – 3 spoons
- Sugar – 1 spoon
Preparation:
Cook the sweet corn with the chicken soup, in a deep bottom vessel. Add salt and sugar. Cook for 15 minutes on a low flame. Now boil the noodles till they are soft. Mix the flour with one cup of water. Pour the corn flour in the soup. Now add cooked noodles to the soup and steam for 5 minutes over a medium flame. Serve into soup bowl. Hot Soupy Noodles are ready.
14. Noodle Masala Tikki
Ingredients:
- Carrot- 1
- Bread crumbs (optional)
- Noodles – 1 cup
- Coriander leaves – 1 cup
- Potatoes- 1 cup
- Oil – ½ cup
- Salt – as per taste
- Ginger and garlic paste – – 1 spoon
- Chopped onion – 1 cup
- Chat masala- 1 teaspoon
Preparation:
Boil the noodles with chat masala, till they are very soft. Then boil the potatoes and carrots. Take a wide bowl and add the potatoes, noodles and carrot pieces. Add salt, garlic paste, ginger paste, chat masala and coriander leaves. Smash all the ingredients together and make a paste. Make a round small tikki by hand and shallow fry it in the oil. Hot Noodles Tikki is ready
15. Noodles Stuffed Omelettes
Ingredients:
- Eggs –2
- Milk – 2 Spoons
- Chilly powder – 2 spoons
- Salt – as per taste
- Noodles– 1 cup
Preparation:
Cook the noodles in water with a pinch of salt. Add the noodles masala to the noodles. Keep aside. Whisk the eggs in a bowl. Add milk, red chilly powder and salt to taste. Heat the oil on the pan and pour the whisked egg. Cook for 3 minutes. Roast the omelettes on both sides. Put the noodles mixture in the middle the omelettes and fold them. Fry both sides. Hot Noodles Stuffed Omelettes are ready.
16. Noodles Cutlets
Ingredients:
- Noodles – 1 cup
- Coriander leaves – 1 cup
- Potatoes- 1 cup
- Oil – 1/2 cup
- Salt – as per taste
- Ginger and garlic paste – 1 spoon
- Chopped onion – 1 cup
- Chat masala – 1 teaspoon
Preparation:
Boil the noodles with chat masala till they are very soft. Take a wide bowl and add noodles, salt, garlic paste, ginger paste, chat masala and coriander leaves. Smash all the ingredients together, add chopped onions and make a paste. Make small round cutlets by hand and shallow fry in the oil. Hot Noodles Cutlet is ready.
17. Hakka Noodles
Ingredients:
- Noodles – 1 cup
- Carrot – 1 cup
- Chilly powder – ½ spoon
- Onion pieces – 1 cup
- Salt – 2 spoons
- Capsicum – 1 cup
- Cabbage – 1 cup
- Butter – 2 spoons
Preparation:
Heat the pan, fry the carrots, capsicum and cabbage and make sure the pieces become soft. Shallow fry the boiled noodles for 10 minutes. Add boiled noodles to cooked vegetables. Mix well and add pepper, salt and noodles masala. Add oil occasionally. After 5 minutes transfer the food into a serving plate and garnish with coriander leaves.
18. Noodles Idli
Ingredients:
- Raw Rice flour – 2 cups
- Black Gram flour – ½ cup
- Noodles – 1 cup
- Onions – 3 small
- Salt – ½ spoon
- Pepper powder – ½ spoon
Preparation:
Pour rice flour and black gram flour into the bowl and mix with water, making a thick batter. Keep aside for 3 to 4 hours. Take batter, add onion pieces, add black pepper and mix well. Finally, add salt as per taste. Meanwhile, cook the noodles with chat masala. Mix the Noodles into idly batter and mix evenly. Now take the idli steam-cooker plates and spread the oil on them. Now pour a spoon of the noodles-idly batter on the plates. Pour the water in the bottom of the cooker. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes on stove. Noodles Idlis are ready to serve.
19. Schezwan Noodles
Ingredient:
- Noodles – 1 cup
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 spoon
- Carrot- 1 cup
- Capsicum- 1 cup
- Mushrooms – 1 cup
- Chilly Paste – 1 cup.
- Onion pieces – ½ cup
- Salt – 2 spoons
- Soya sauce – 1 cup
- Vinegar – 1 cup
- Butter – 2 spoons
Preparation:
Half boil the noodles and keep aside. Boil the capsicum, carrots, mushrooms. Keep the pan on stove and add butter and ginger garlic paste. Fry the boiled capsicum, carrots, mushrooms and onions. Add and fry the onions followed by the noodles. Add the salt, vinegar, soya sauce, red chilly paste and cook for minutes. Spicy Schezwan Noodles are ready.
20. Noodles Payasam
Ingredients:
- Noodles – 1 cup
- Milk – 1 cup
- Almond and cashew nuts – 1 cup
- Sugar – 1 cup
- Saffron strands – 1 pinch
- Ghee- 3 spoons
Preparation:
Fry the almond and cashew nuts in ghee. Boil the milk for 15 minutes. Add the noodles and let them boil in the milk. Make sure the noodles become soft. Add the sugar, and cook till the sugar melts. Finally add the saffron strands and turn off the flame. Serve on a plate and decorate with almond and cashew nuts.
