1. Paneer Spinach Curry

Ingredients:

  • Cheese Cubes – one cup
  • Palak – one cup
  • Green chili – 5
  • Onions – one cup
  • Tomatoes – one cup
  • Cumin seeds – one spoon
  • Cardamoms pods – one spoon
  • Oil – 3 spoons
  • Ginger –Garlic – one spoon

Preparation:

Fry the Cotton cheese cubes in butter and keep aside. Put the washed Spinach to it and sauté for 10 minutes. Blend the Spinach, green chili as a smooth paste. Heat the oil; put the cinnamon, cumin seeds, and cardamom pods. Include the Onions pieces, ginger – garlic paste, tomatoes, salt. Sprinkle the salt, Garam masala powder. Pour the spinach paste and water to it. Cook the gravy till it bubbles. Include the Roasted cheese cubes to it and cook for 5 minutes. Spinach Paneer gravy is ready to serve.

2. Paneer Egg Curry

Ingredients:

  • Paneer Slices – half kg
  • Butter– 5 spoons
  • Onions –2
  • Garam Masala – 2 spoons
  • Salt – as per taste
  • Eggs – 3
  • Tomatoes and cashew – half cup
  • Ginger and Garlic Paste – one spoon
  • Red chili powder – 2 spoons

Preparation:

Cut the Paneer into cubes. Boil the onions, cashew, and tomatoes and make a paste. Boil the eggs and peel the shell, roast the eggs in butter and keep aside. Heat the butter, fry the Ginger and garlic paste, onions, pour the cashew, tomato puree and cook on medium flame. Add the salt, red chili powder, garam masala. Insert Paneer cubes and roasted eggs into gravy. Cook for 10 minutes. Attractive Paneer curry is ready.

3. Paneer Dosa

Ingredients:

  • Rice flour – 3
  • Paneer – one cup
  • Green chili – 3 spoons
  • Salt – as per taste
  • Potato – one cup

Preparation:

Take Dosa batter and keep aside for 6 hours. Grate the Paneer and keep aside in a bowl. Add chili pieces, and mix well. Take the pan and heat it. Put a full big spoon of butter on the pan and spread over it. Sprinkle the Grated Paneer on dosa and press gently. Add oil on sides of dosa. Cook for 2 minutes and flip the Dosa. Now tasty Paneer Dosa is ready.

4. Paneer Rice

Ingredients:

  • Basmati Rice – one cup
  • Sesame Oil – 2spoons
  • Tomatoes – one cup
  • Paneer pieces – 2 cups
  • Curry leaves– two spoon
  • Cardamom – one spoon

  • Onions – one cup
  • Green chili – one spoon

Preparation:

Cook the rice along with cardamom, cinnamon, and cloves, salt and keep aside. Heat the oil, sauté the Paneer cubes for 5 minutes and keep aside, fry the Tomatoes, Green chili, Onions, Mustard Seeds and Ginger and garlic paste. Include the tempering to rice and mix uniformly. Finally, add the fried paneer cubes and transfer to serving bowl. Decorate with coriander leaves.

Ingredients:

  • Paneer –one cup
  • Okras – one cup
  • Green chili-one spoon
  • Onions –one cup
  • Garam masala-one spoon
  • Tomatoes –one cup

Preparation:

Roast the Paneer cubes in oil till it has changed color. Take a bowl, heat the oil and add onion pieces, fry for 2 minutes. Add salt, turmeric powder, green chili pieces and tomatoes pieces. Let them cook. Pour the tamarind juice, add the Okras in big slices, and cook for 10 minutes. Make sure the okras turn soft. Finally add the roasted Paneer cubes. Preparations:

7. Sweet Paneer Balls

Ingredients:

  • Milk- 4 cups
  • Lemon juice – 3 spoons
  • Sugar – one cup
  • Cardamom powder- one spoon
  • Saffron – one spoon

Preparation:

Boil the Milk; pour Lemon juice .after some time mix starts to curdle. Drain the water using the cotton cloth. Keep the curdle aside for one hour in cotton cloth tightly. Make small balls with hands carefully. Take a wide bowl and add sugar and pour water, once sugar gets melted, add balls in sugar syrup and boil for 10 minutes, add cardamom powder. Make sure the balls sizes have increased. Transfer the recipe into serving plate. Decorate with Saffron strands

Ingredients:

  • Noodles-one cup
  • Paneer pieces- 1 one cup
  • Pepper powder- half spoon
  • Salt–according to taste
  • Noodles Masala-5 spoons
  • Capsicum- half cup

Preparation:

Take the water in a pan and boil the noodles by adding salt. Cool the noodles. Take the pan, heat the Oil and fry Paneer pieces for 2 minutes till it turns a golden color. Preparation:

Preheat the electric oven for 10 minutes to 250 F. Spread the pizza sauce, ketchup on pizza base. Place the cream, butter, shredded cheese on a pizza. Put the green chili, green capsicum slices, red capsicum slices on it. Include the paneer cubes in order. Sprinkle the salt, sweet corn. Fix the pizza on the oven and bake till cheese melts. Take out the pizza from oven, cut into four pizza.

  • Green Gram daal-2 cup0
  • Cotton Cheese (Paneer shredded) -2 cup
  • Gram flour-1 cup
  • Green chili paste-one spoon

Soak the green gram in water for 6 hours. Grind the Green gram with salt coarsely. Dip all Vada in hot oil and deep fry to brown color. Transfer into a plate and garnish with curry leaves.

  • Corn flour – one cup
  • Tomato ketchup-half cup

  • Capsicum-one

Ingredients:

  • Bread slices – 5
  • Paneer (crumpled) – one cup
  • Onion – one cup
  • Green chili – 1spoon
  • Ginger – 1 spoon
