
1. Coconut Ladoo
This easy-peasy recipe is made with just two main ingredients- Grated Coconut and Condensed Milk. Bind the two items together. You can add almonds too if you like. It is an instant energy food.
2. Besan ke Ladoo
This is the favorite ladoo recipe of all the Indian moms. It is made with three main ingredients- besan, ghee, and sugar. Roast besan for 10-12 minutes. Add melted ghee. Cook for 5 minutes. Add crushed sugar. Mix well. Bind them in the shape of balls.
3. Chocolate Ladoo
Crush a few marie biscuits, add condensed milk, melted dark chocolate, choco chips, and grated coconut and make a dough. Bind this dough and form ladoos. Roll them over grated coconut.
4. Dates Mawa Laddo
Blend some dates. Take ghee in a pan, cook dates, and mawa in ghee. When the mixture comes to room temperature, form ladoos out of it.
5. Nutella Oats Laddo
Roast oats and blend them. Take equal amount of nutella and peanut butter in a bowl. Add ½ cup choco chips and a pinch of salt. Further, add crushed oats. Mix well and form small balls.
6. Mango Coconut Ladoo
Make puree of one mango. Heat a pan and add mango puree, 250 gm condensed milk, and one cup grated coconut. Once it comes to boil, turn off the flame and let the mixture dry. Make small balls of the mixture and sprinkle some grated coconut over them.
7. Malai Ladoo
Take one-liter milk, cook it on medium flame until it comes to boil. Add lemon juice to the milk to make chenna out of it. Let it simmer on low flame and add sugar to taste. Then grind this mixture. Add saffron, cardamom, and rose water to enhance the flavor. Bind the mixture to make ladoos out of it.
8. Aate ke Ladoo
These are prepared the same way besan ladoos are prepared. Roast whole wheat flour in a wok until it turns a little brown, then add ghee and powdered sugar, and cook for five minutes. Bind this mixture into small ladoos.
9. Dry Fruit Ladoo
Dry roast walnuts, pistachios, almonds, dates, cashews, and peanuts. Blend them. Heat ghee in a pan, add this powder into it. One can also add oats to give it a body. Once the mixture is dry make small balls out of it.
10. Boondi Ladoo
Take 2 cups fried boondi soaked in sugar syrup. Add 1 tbsp cardamom powder, a few melon seeds, and 2 tbsp ghee. Bind the mixture together into balls, and your ladoos are ready!
11. Rava Ladoo
Roast 1 ¼ cup rava and ¼ cup coconut. Add powdered sugar and cardamom to it. Then add ghee to the Rava mixture along with cashews and raisins. Mix well. Make small round portions of the mixture, and your ladoos are ready.
12. Ragi Ladoo
Roast 1 ½ cup ragi flour in a pan for about 6-8 minutes. Add 1/3 cup ghee. Cook for another 5-6 minutes. Add ½ tsp cardamom powder and ¾ cup jaggery powder. Mix well. Let the mixture dry and then shape it into ladoos.
13. Prune Ladoo
Roast one cup oats. Add one cup chopped prunes, a handful of chopped walnuts, ½ cup honey, and 1 tbsp vanilla essence to the roasted oats. Mix them well. Make balls out of the mixture and refrigerate.
14. Apricot Ladoo
Blend dried apricots, raisins, nuts, coconut, vanilla essence, and honey in a mixer. Dough will be formed. Make balls from this mixture.
15. Rose Ladoo
Take ¼ cup condensed milk, one cup grated coconut, 1 ½ tsp rose water, and 1 tsp cardamom. Mix everything well. Make balls out of the mixture. Garnish with some grated coconut and rose petals.
16. Badam Ladoo
Dry roast one cup blanched almonds. In another pan roast one cup grated coconut and 1 tsp cardamom powder. Mix the two together. Grind it. Add one cup powdered sugar and mix well. Now make round balls out of the mixture.
17. Beetroot Ladoo
Take two cups of semolina and one cup grated coconut, cook them in ghee until the mixture turns golden brown. Add two diced and boiled beetroots to the mixture. Then add 1 ½ cup sugar. Bind the mixture together and make round shapes out of it.
18. Poha Ladoo
Roast one cup poha, until it becomes light brown. Blend the roasted poha to get a fine powder. Add 1/3 cup of jaggery powder and mix well. Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan, fry some cashews and raisins with some cardamom powder. Now add these dry fruits in the poha mixture and stir. Bind the mixture together and make balls out of it.
19. Peanut Ladoo
Dry roast one cup peanuts. Blend the peanuts with one cup jaggery and ¼ tsp cardamom powder. Add ½ cup crushed oats and mix well. Roll the mixture into small balls.
20. Sabudana Ladoo
Roast one cup sabudana in a pan until light brown. Add ¾ cup grated coconut and ½ cup powdered sugar to it. Further, add ¼ tsp nutmeg and ½ tsp cardamom powder. Bind the mixture together and form ladoos out of it.
