Alfredo Bake
INGREDIENTS:
Whole Chicken Breasts
Oil
Butter
1 cup Chicken stock
1 cup Cream
Salt to taste
Pepper
Cheese
Recipe:
Take a pan and heat some oil and butter in it.
Add chopped garlic, and chicken breast, salt, pepper and cook it.
Add chicken stock, boiled pasta, and cook it for 2 mins till all liquid thickens.
In a baking tray, grease some oil and spread the first layer of the pasta just made. Cover this with a layer of grated cheese.
Fill the baking dish with alternating layers of pasta and cheese.
Bake at 280 C for 15 mins.
Serve hot.

Almond Brittle
Ingredients:
½ cup Almonds
1 cup sugar
Butter
Salt to taste
2 tbsp Sesame Seeds (optional)
Recipe:
Take a saucepan and mix sugar, butter and a pinch of salt in it. Blend in these ingredients carefully.
Don’t stop mixing these ingredients until everything combines together. Remove from flame. (Be careful because sugar burns quickly so you have to blend them fast and attentively.)
Add the almonds and sprinkle over the sesame seeds in this mixture. Keep stirring.
Grease a baking tray with oil or butter and keep aside.
Pour this caramelized mixture over a flat dish ASAP, spread it evenly.
Let it rest till it comes to room temperature and hardens. Break it into pieces as soon as it solidifies.
Your almond praline or brittle is ready.

Bread Paneer Rolls
Ingredients:
Sliced white or brown bread
For filling:
1 cup grated Cottage Cheese
Salt
Ground Pepper Powder
Cumin Powder
Finely Grated Ginger
Chopped Coriander
finely Chopped Green Chilies
Butter for grilling
Recipe:
Take a bowl and mix the grated cottage cheese, black pepper, cumin powder, and salt to taste, coriander, ginger and the finely chopped green chilies.
Make this mixture soft and pliable as to spread it on the bread slice.
Now take the bread slice and flatten it using a rolling pin. Put the cottage cheese mixture on one side and start rolling the bread covering the mix and seal it with oil.
Similarly, make as much as rolls as you can. Grill them on butter till they are golden brown on both sides.
Serve with chutney or sauce.

Cheese Fries
Ingredients:
Potatoes
Salt
Red chili powder
Pepper
Cumin powder
Cheese (Cheddar/Mozzarella/Parmesan)
Oil
Recipe:
Cut the potatoes longitudinally or lengthwise to make fries.
Put them in the oil for frying, till they are golden brown.
Mix them with the salt, pepper, red chili powder and cumin powder thoroughly.
Lastly, grate the cheese or mixture of cheese over the fries while they are hot.
Let the cheese melt and serve hot.
Instead of grating cheese over them, you can also make a cheese sauce comprising of different types of cheese, a little bit of milk, cornflour and seasonings.
Cook it until it has a sauce-like consistency and pour it over the fries for a tasty treat.
5.
Chicken Nuggets
Ingredients:
Chicken Breast cubed
Garlic chopped
Salt
Red Chilli Powder
Turmeric Powder
Pepper
Crushed Cornflakes
2 Eggs beaten
Flour
Recipe:
1. In a bowl, mix the chopped garlic, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder and pepper powder.
2. To this spice mixture add the crushed cornflakes. Check the seasoning.
3. Now dice the chicken breast. Cover these cubed pieces in flour, then egg wash and lastly into the crushed seasoned cornflakes.
4. Put these nuggets in oil for deep-frying and remove as they turn golden-brown. Serve hot with sauce or mayonnaise.

Chicken Platter
Ingredients:
Chicken breast
Butter
Chopped Garlic
Sliced Onions
Diced Potatoes
Black Pepper
Red chili sauce
Brown Sugar
Recipe:
In a pan, take butter and heat it. Place the chicken breasts on it and fry on both sides till they are golden brown.
Remove the chicken and keep it on tissue paper to remove excess grease.
In the same pan, add some butter, chopped garlic, onions, and potatoes and cook them.
Take a baking tray or dish and spread the cooked vegetables in it. Place the previously fried chicken breasts on the vegetables.
Take the red chili sauce in a bowl and add 2 tsp of brown sugar. Mix thoroughly. This is your red sweet sauce.
Drizzle the red sweet sauce over the chicken-vegetable spread and add some chopped coriander and grated cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C. Serve hot.

Chicken Bacon Ranch Fries
Ingredients:
Chicken
Bacon
Butter
Chopped Garlic
Potato fries
Green Onions
Recipe:
In a pan, put some butter and heat it. Then put some chopped garlic, bacon and diced chicken pieces. Cook till chicken changes color.
In a baking tray, add the chicken and garlic mixture. Mix in some green onions and cheese.
Bake it at 350 C for 15 mins.
Serve hot.

Choco Lava Cake
Ingredients:
½ Cup Dark chocolate
Butter to melt
½ Cup Cocoa Powder
1 tbsp baking Powder
Icing sugar ½ cup
2 eggs
½ cup all-purpose flour
Recipe:
Take a large mixing bowl and mix the butter, sugar, eggs, cocoa powder, baking powder, vanilla essence and Maida into a proper batter.
Now take medium sized ramekins and dust them with Cocoa powder. Keep for 10 minutes.
Pour the cake mixture into the ramekins and place a piece of dark chocolate in the middle of it. Add more batter if necessary to cover the chocolate.
Bake at 220°C for 10 minutes. The chocolate will melt inside giving it a runny consistency.
Serve hot with clotted cream or ice cream.

Chocolate Fudge
Ingredients:
Chopped Milk Chocolate (e.g. Cadburys)
Chopped Dark Chocolate
1 can of Condensed Milk
Butter
Chopped Walnuts
1 tbsp Vanilla Essence
Recipe:
Take a pan and line it with butter paper or foil paper.
In a mixing bowl, add condensed milk, butter, melted dark and milk chocolate and mix it continuously till they get combined.
Finally, add the vanilla extracts and chopped nuts. Spread this chocolate mix on the greased pan and freeze it for 3 hours.
Cut the fudge into pieces and enjoy.

Fruit Toastie
Ingredients:
Bread Slices
Butter
Cream Cheese
Chopped Strawberries
Chopped Blueberries (any fruit of your choice)
Nutella
Recipe:
Take the bread slices and spread the cream cheese and Nutella on both slices.
Place the strawberries and other fruits of your choice.
Place this toastie on a toaster and butter the outer slices evenly.
Toast until golden brown on both sides.
Sprinkle some icing sugar on top with help of a sieve.
Serve hot with chocolate sauce or caramel syrup.

Lemon Shrimp Pasta
Ingredients:
Pasta
Oil
Salt to taste

Oregano
Red Chili Powder
Chopped Garlic
Sliced Onions
Shrimps
1 tbsp Vinegar
Lemon Juice
Recipe:
In a heavy-bottomed pan, boil the pasta with some oil and salt.
In another pan, take some oil, chopped garlic, onions, red chili powder, pepper powder, oregano and cook them.
Add the shrimp and fry cook this for 8 mins. Now add 1 tsp lemon juice and 1 tbsp of vinegar to this shrimp.
Finally, add the pasta and cook for 2 mins till everything combines. Serve hot.
12.
Masala Paneer
Ingredients:
Ghee
1 cup Paneer diced
1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
Grated Ginger
Finely chopped Green Chillies
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Recipe:
In a pan, take some oil and fry cumin seeds in it. Add the green chilies and grated ginger and cook for a minute. Remove from flame.
Take a mixing bowl and add the cubed paneer, salt, pepper, chilli flakes, lemon juice and mix it thoroughly. Keep in refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Now in the same pan add the paneer mix and cook for 10 mins on high flame frying it thoroughly.
Serve hot with naan or roti.
13.
Mysore Bonda
Ingredients:
1 cup Maida
Half cup Rice Flour
Salt
1tsp Baking Soda
1tsp Jeera
Half cup sour Curd
½ cup Water
1tsp chopped Ginger
2 Green Chilies chopped
Finely chopped Coriander
Oil
Recipe:
For batter: Combine the maida, rice flour, salt, jeera, baking soda. Add curd and mix well.
Determine the consistency of batter by adding water as necessary.
Add ginger, green chili and coriander, keep aside for 20mins.
In a kadhai, heat some oil. Meanwhile, spread some oil on your palms to avoid sticking of the batter. Take the batter, mold into small balls and deep fry in oil.
Fry these balls till they are golden brown all over.
Remove them from the oil and drain them on tissue paper or paper towels to remove excessive grease.
Serve hot with sauce or chutney.

Nimki
Ingredients:
1 cup Maida
2tsp Sooji
1tsp Jeera
½ cup Warm Water
Salt
Oil
Recipe:
Take a mixing bowl and add maida, sooji, salt, jeera and oil and mix it well.
Add water to this mixture slowly and make a dough.
Cover it with a moist cloth, keep aside for 15 mins.
Divide the dough into equal balls, and roll each of them into a thin roti.
Prick each Nimki or Roti with a knife to prevent them from puffing like puri.
Now, pour some oil in a deep vessel and fry the Nimki till it turns golden brown.
Place them on tissue paper to remove excess oil, serve hot with raita or chutney.

Shrimp Pasta
Ingredients:
Butter
Oil
Chopped Garlic
Shrimp
Black pepper
Salt
Spinach
Cheese
Noodles
Recipe:
Take a saucepan and add some butter and oil and heat it.
Add some garlic, shrimp, salt and pepper and cook for 8 mins.
Add boiled noodles, butter, and grated cheese, and cook it for 5mins till everything gets combined.
Serve hot with a dash of lemon juice drizzled on top with some fresh coriander.

Chicken Penne
Ingredients:

Chicken Breasts

Heavy Cream
Recipe:
In a heavy-bottomed pan add oil, chopped garlic, chopped onions, chicken breasts, heavy cream, mushroom, salt, pepper.
Cook it for 10 mins
Add the pre-cooked penne and cook for 2 minutes.
Remove from flame and add grated cheese on top of it.
Serve hot.

Noodle Stir Fry
Ingredients:

Diced Chicken
Chopped Garlic
Chopped Spring Onion
2tsp Brown Sugar
1tsp Soy Sauce
1tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
Noodles

Recipe:
In a wok or kadhai, take some butter add chopped garlic, spring onion, and diced chicken, stir fry this for 5mins.
Then add 2tsp of brown sugar, 1tbsp soy sauce, 1tbsp red chili sauce and mix thoroughly.
To this sauce add boiled noodles, add salt and stir fry for 3mins.
Serve hot and sprinkle some toasted sesame seeds.

Stuffed Chicken
Ingredients:
2 Chicken Breasts

Red Chilli Powder
Bread-Crumbs
2 Eggs beaten
Flour
Cheese [processed/parmesan/ mozzarella]
Recipe:
Take chicken breast and make an incision on them so as to make pocket-like structures.
Stuffed this chicken breast with grated cheese of your choice.
Season this chicken pockets with salt, pepper, red chili powder.
Now take this seasoned stuffed pockets, dip them in the flour followed by egg wash and finally bread crumbs and grill them in butter till golden brown.
Serve hot.

Veg Kebab
Ingredients:
1 boiled Potato
Chopped Onions
Green Beans
Chopped Carrots
Green Peas
Chopped Cauliflower

Red Chilli Powder
Turmeric
Cumin Powder

Recipe:
In a heavy bottomed pan mix all the veggies, and cook them till they are soft.
Add salt, pepper, turmeric, chili powder for seasoning.
Now keep the vegetables to cool and mash them into a thick consistency.
Grease your hands and make balls of these mashed veggies, cover them with bread crumbs and put them in hot oil for deep frying until they turn golden brown.
Serve hot with sauce or mayonnaise.

Frozen Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup Strawberries
1 cup Blueberries
1 cup Orange Juice
1tbsp Lemon Juice
Sugar if required
Crushed ice
½ cup fresh Cream
Recipe:
In a blender, mix the strawberries, blueberries, orange juice, cream, lemon juice and ice.
Blend it thoroughly and remove in a tall glass.
Top with whipped cream or mint leaves.
