1. Milk Fudge
Ingredients:
Thick milk – half litre
Ghee- half cup
Milk powder – half cup
Cardamoms powder – one spoon
Saffron – one spoon
Preparation:
Take a bowl, pour the milk, and boil for 15 minutes. Add milk powder and stir well. Avoid the formation of lumps. Meanwhile soak the saffron in the water. Add cardamom powder. Add the saffron water to milk. Cook the milk on low flame and stir continuously. When mixture gets thick, turn off the stove, apply some ghee to your hands, make small balls with batter. Tasty Milk Fudge is ready to serve.
2. Rasagulla Recipe
Ingredients:
Milk- 4 cups
Lemon juice – 3 spoons
Sugar – one cup
Cardamom powder- one spoon
Saffron – one spoon
Preparation:
Boil the Milk; pour Lemon juice .after some time the mix will start to curdle. Drain the water using the cotton cloth. Keep the curdled milk aside for one hour, in a cotton cloth tightly. Make small rasgullas with hands carefully. Take a wide bowl; add sugar and pour water, once sugar dissolves, add rasugulla in the sugar syrup and boil for 10 minutes, add cardamom powder. Decorate with Saffron strands.
3. Condensed milk Coconut Laddu
Ingredients:
Condensed milk- 1 cups
Grated coconut- one cup
Sugar – one cup
Cardamom powder- one spoon
Saffron – one spoon
Preparation:
Fry the grated coconut in ghee for 4 minutes. Pour the condensed milk and stir. Cook for 5 minutes. Add cardamom powder and saffron soaked water. Make sure lumps are formed in the condensed milk. Turn off the flame and allow it to cool. Prepare small coconut balls. Condensed milk Coconut Laddus are ready.
4. Milk Kalakand
Ingredients:
Condensed milk- 1 cups
Grated Paneer- one cup
Sugar – one cup
Cardamom powder- one spoon
Saffron – one spoon
Almond, cashew nuts– half cup
Milk Powder- half cup
Preparation:
Fry the almond, cashew pieces for 2 minutes. Pour the condensed milk, grated Paneer, sugar, Milk Powder and cook for 10 minutes. Once the mixture gets thick, transfer into oil greased plate. Cut the mixture into pieces as your wish. Milk kalkand is ready to serve.
5. Milk and Carrot kheer
Ingredients:
Milk- 1 cups
Grated Carrot- one cup
Sugar – one cup
Cardamom powder- one spoon
Saffron – one spoon
Almond pieces– half cup
Preparation:
Soak the almond and carrot in hot milk for half an hour. Make paste of the soaked almond and carrot. Boil the milk on stove, add the carrot paste and cook for 10 minutes. Check the carrot kheer consistency, add sugar, cardamom powder and turn off the stove. Transfer the kheer into a bowl and decorate with saffron strands.
6. Milk Payasam
Ingredients:
Milk- 1 cups
Rice- one cup
Sugar – one cup
Cardamom powder- one spoon
Saffron – one spoon
Cashews and raisins– half cup
Preparation:
Fry the rice with ghee and make the powder. Boil the milk in pressure cooker, addrice powder, cook till 3 whistles. Open the pressure cooker, add sugar, and boil till sugar gets dissolved. Finally add the cardamom powder and turn off the stove. Garnish with saffron strands.
7. Milk Mysore Pak
Ingredients:
Milk – half cup
Gram flour – half kg
Ghee – 1 cup
Sugar powder – 1 cup
Preparation:
Take the gram flour and mix with milk and keep aside. Take the sugar in bowl and pour the milk and boil till sugar melts. Turn the flame to medium; add the gram flour to milk-sugar syrup slowly without forming lumps. Pour the ghee into the gram flour mixture. Stir continuously while the mixture is cooking. Cook for 15 minutes. Now pour the batter into a big tray and let it cool down. Later cut into square pieces .Milk Mysore Pak is ready.
8. Milk Fruit custard
Ingredients:
Custard powder– 3 spoons
Cream -50 ml
Apples pieces – half cup
Pomegranate seeds – half cup
Banana slices – half cup
Pineapple pieces– half cup
Strawberry fruit– half cup
Sugar- one cup
Preparation:
Boil the milk on low flame, in another bowl melt the sugar with milk and add the custard powder. Add the custard powder mixture to milk and cook for 5 minutes. Stir the liquid continuously. Turn off the flame. Add the apple pieces, Pomegranate seeds, banana slices, pineapple pieces and strawberries. Fruit custard is ready.
9. Milk powder Cookies
Ingredients:
Sugar powder – half cup
Ghee – full cup
Milk powder – one cup
Egg – 1
Preparation:
Pour ghee, sugar powder and mix finely. Add the egg to sugar mixture and beat well. Add the milk powder and mix like soft dough. Prepare small balls with dough and bake for 20 minutes at 180 c. Finally coat the cookies with icing sugar.
10. Sweet Pongal
Ingredients:
Milk – 4 cups
Jaggery – one cup
Green Gram – half cup
Rice – one cup
Cashew, Pista, almonds – one cup
Preparation:
Wash the Green dal, and rice and; boil with 2 cups of milk. Meanwhile fry the cashew, Pista, almonds in ghee. Take the rice and smash, add grated Jaggery. Take out the Pongal into serving bowl and add the fried Cashew, Pista, almonds.
11. Bread Pudding
Ingredients:
Custard Powder – one spoon
Eggs – 3 Milk – 3 cups
Bread – 4 pieces
Cinnamon powder – half spoon
Vanilla essence – 3 drops
Butter – 3 spoons
Preparation:
Mix the custard powder butter and butter in a bowl. Beat the eggs; add vanilla essence drops, cinnamon powder and sugar. Add the custard powder paste into egg mixture. Cut the bread slices into cubes. Mix the bread pieces, egg mixture and bake for 40 minutes in microwave. Bread pudding is ready.
12. Carrot Halwa
Ingredients:
Grated Carrot – 2 cups
Ghee – 3 spoons
Milk – 2 cups
Sugar – 2 cups
Preparation:
Fry the grated carrot in ghee for 5 minutes. Pour the milk into carrot and cook the carrot. Stir constantly. Make sure carrot become soft and add the sugar. After 5 minutes, turn off the flame and decorate with dry fruits.
13. Milk Rice Pudding
Ingredients:
Rice – one cup
Milk – one cup
Sugar – one cup
Cardamom Powder – half spoon
Eggs – 2
Preparation:
Cook rice in milk. Mix sugar, boiled rice, cardamom powder, eggs and milk in a bowl. Now bake the mixture in oven at 180 degree for 15 minutes. Luscious sweet Milk Rice Pudding is ready.
14. Milk Cake
Ingredients:
Milk – 1 litre
Sugar – one cup
Ghee – one cup
Lemon – 2 spoons
Cardamoms powder – 1 spoons
Preparation:
Cook the milk in deep bowl for half hour till it reduces to one- fourth part. Pour the lemon juice. Stir the milk till thick consistency is formed. Add sugar, ghee and cook for 15 minutes. Make sure texture should be grainy .Sprinkle cardamom powder. Transfer the milk cake into a big flat plate carefully. Press the cake with hands. Keep aside for 10 minutes and cut into pieces.
15. Bread Kulfi
Ingredients:
Bread slices – 5
Fresh milk – 2 cups
Saffron Strands – half spoon
Cardamoms powder – half spoon
Fresh Cream – 100 ml
Preparation:
Crush the bread pieces, blend into thick paste with fresh cream. Boil the condensed milk for 5 minutes. Add to it, the fresh cream and bread paste. Add saffron strands, cardamom powder. Cook till the mixture becomes thick. Turn off the flame. Allow it to cool for a while. Pour the batter into kulfi shaped containers and freeze for 8 hours. To serve, remove slowly from the moulds.
16. Milk Chocolate Truffles recipe
Ingredients:
Milk – one litre
Lemon – 1
Sugar – one cup
Cocoa powder – 2 spoons
Preparations:
Boil the milk in a deep vessel for 15 minutes and pour the lemon juice. Once milk lumps completely, turn off the flame. Extract the water. Keep aside for 20 minutes. Add cocoa powder to milk curdle. Add flour, knead like soft dough. Cook on a slow flame. Once the moisture gets evaporated, turn off the flame. Make round balls and slightly press. Decorate with grated almonds.
17. Milk Semolina Balls
Ingredients:
Milk – one litre
Semolina – 1 cup
Sugar – one cup
Cardamom powder – 2 spoons
Preparation:
Fry the semolina in ghee for 5 minutes. When semolina becomes brown colour, turn off the flame. Add the sugar powder, milk, and cardamoms powder. Make small balls with batter using ghee. Store the sweet in air tight jar.

Almond Barfi
Ingredients:
Grated almond – 2 cups
Ghee – 3 spoons
Milk – 2 cups
Sugar – 2 cups
Preparation:
Fry the grated almond in ghee for 5 minutes. Pour the milk into almond and cook. Stir constantly. Make sure almonds become soft and add the sugar. After 5 minutes turn off the flame; make thick paste using blender. Make small barfis and decorate with dry fruits.

Strawberry Milk Shake
Ingredients:
Milk – one litre
Strawberries – 6
Sugar – one cup
Vanilla ice cream – one cup
Vanilla extract – one spoon
Preparation:
Take a blender. Add ice cream, strawberries, vanilla extract and blend .Pour the milk and blend smoothly. Pour the juice into glasses. Add ice cream as layer. Decorate with fruit pieces.
20. Milk Basundi
Ingredients:
Fresh milk – 2 litres
Saffron – half spoon
Cardamoms powder – half spoon
Fresh Cream – 100 ml
Almond pieces – 2 spoons
Sugar – one cup
Preparation:
Boil the milk in deep vessel for 15 to 20 minutes. Add sugar. Add Cardamoms, fresh Cream. Once milk thickens, turn off the flame. Serve into bowl. Garnish with almond pieces, and dry fruits.
