We love to eat different kinds sweet dishes, but is really tiring and time- consuming to make it. Well, milkmaid makes it easy to make them. With milkmaid, it looks like the sweet dish can be made instantly! Let’s see that what kinds of dishes can be made from milkmaid.
1. Coconut Laddoo
One of the basic recipes that we can make from milkmaid is Coconut Laddoo. It’s so easy that even if a person doesn’t know how to cook, he or she will be able to make tasty and delicious Laddoo in no time.
Ingredients:
1: Milkmaid Sweetened Condensed Milk – 1 tin
2: Grated coconut – 5 cups
Steps:
- Put Milkmaid Sweetened condensed milk into the non-stick pan. Add Grated coconut in it. Mix well.
- Let the mixture heat and keep it mixing so that it doesn’t stick the pan.
- Cook until the mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan.
- Keep it aside to cool.
- When cooled, then put oil in hands and make balls of it.
- Delicious coconut laddoos are ready to eat!
2. Aamrakhand
This is a perfect dish which is the mixture of Sam + Shrikhand. This dish is an amazing mix of traditional Guajarati/Maharashtra dish Shrikhand and king of fruits mango. It’s so simple to make and is amazing in taste.
Ingredients:
1: Mango – 2 (medium)
2: Curd (Dahi) – grams
3: Milkmaid Sweetened Condensed Milk – ½ tin (200 grams)
Steps:
- Mash the mangoes and keep them aside. Let the Curd hang in a muslin cloth for 10 to 15 minutes to make a fine mesh.
- Then mix the Curd with Milkmaid Sweetened Condensed Milk.
- Then mix the mixture with mashed mangoes.
- Delicious Aamrakhand is ready to eat. Serve it with hot puri to enjoy.
3. Channar payesh
This is a very popular Bengali dish. It’s a combo of cottage cheese and milk. But we cannot buy it easily for shops unless there is any occasion. But all we can do is making this dish in a home with just a few ingredients and milkmaid!
Ingredients:
1: Milkmaid Sweetened Condensed Milk – 1 tin
2: Milk – 1 liter
3: Cottage cheese (paneer or chaina) – 500 grams
4: Cashew nuts (Chopped) – 3 tbsp.
5: Raisins – 3 tbsp.
6: Cardamom powder – ½ tsp.
Steps:
- Let the milk boil in a pan.
- Add Milkmaid Sweetened Condensed Milk in it and mix them well.
- Add Grated paneer, or you can say Grated cottage cheese in the mixture.
- Cook on low flame until the mixture becomes thick. Add cardamom powder and mix well.
- Put off the flame and serve the dish in bowls.
- Decorate with cashews and raisins.
4. Chocolate Fudge
It’s so much buttery that it just goes in your mouth and melts. If you eat this, then you will definitely have a heavenly feeling. Normally it’s a little complex to make. But if you make it with the milkmaid, then it’s definitely one of the easy dishes that you can make.
Ingredients:
1: Milkmaid Sweetened Condensed Milk – 1 tin
2: Chopped Walnut – 1 cup
3: Powdered sugar – ½ cup
4: Butter – 100 grams
5: Coco powder – ¼ cup
6: Maida – 2 tbsp.
Steps:
- Put a pan on low heat and mix all the ingredients leaving the walnuts.
- Mix them on low heat until it becomes thick and starts moving.
- Put walnuts in it. Then put the mixture on a greased tray and cool it.
- Cut into squares and enjoy eating.
5. Sabudana kheer
This kheer is basically eaten during fasting periods in India. This one is one of the tastiest sweet dishes that you will like. Do try it.
Ingredients:
1: Milkmaid Sweetened Condensed Milk – ½ cup
2: Milk – 3 cups
3: Sabudana – 100 grams
4: Water – 500 ml
5: Milkmaid pure ghee – 1 tbsp.
6: Chopped dry fruits – 3 to 4 tbsp.
7: Saffron to taste
8: Cardamom powder – 1 tsp.
Steps:
- Put the Sabudana in water and keep it aside for 2 to 3 hours until it becomes soft.
- Put milk in the pan and heat it on low flame. Add Sabudana in the milk and put condensed milk in it. Mix them well and let them cook for some minutes.
- Meanwhile, add ghee in another pan. Put the dry fruits in the ghee and stir well.
- Now put the mixture off the flame. Add dry fruits in the mixture.
- Delicious kheer is ready to eat!
6 Sandesh
This delicious Bengali sweet is just so irresistible that you will never want to leave it if you try it once. It’s also a little complex if you make it without the milkmaid. But if you make it with milkmaid, then it’s one of the easiest dishes to make.
Ingredients:
1: Paneer – ½ kg
2: Powdered sugar – 2 tbsp.
3: Dairy Whitener – 2 tbsp.
4: Milkmaid Sweetened Condensed Milk – 1 tin
5: White flour – 1 tbsp.
Steps:
- Mix all the ingredients and blend it in the mixture until it becomes a fine and smooth paste.
- Heat the mixture in a pan. Once heated, cook it on low flame for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Put the mixture over the greased plate and cool it.
- Cut it according to your wish.
7. Kalakand
This dish is my personal favourite. This is so delicious and mouth melting that no one can leave it without eating. That’s why it’s quite famous in India.
Ingredients:
1: Milkmaid Sweetened Condensed Milk – 1 tin
2: Paneer – 500 grams
3: Dairy Whitener – 2 tbsp
4: Cardamom powder – 1 tsp
Steps:
- Mash the paneer and add all the ingredients except cardamom powder.
- Heat the mixture in a pan on medium flame until it starts leaving the sides of the pan.
- Remove the mixture from the flame and put it on a greased tray.
- Sprinkle cardamom powder over it and cool it.
- Cut it into squares. The tasty Kalakand is ready to eat.
8. Banana date and nut smoothie
This drink is a perfect blend of nutrition and taste. It’s best for the ones who don’t like to drink plain milk. It’s not just, milk but also a one time meal for kids.
Ingredients:
1: Milkmaid Sweetened Condensed Milk – ½ cup
2: Milk – 2 cups
3: Banana – 1 big
4: Badam – 20 grams
5: Dates – 30 grams
Steps:
- Add almonds and dates in one cup milk for 8 to 10 minutes. Then blend the dates, almonds, and banana in the mixture for a smooth paste.
- Add Milkmaid Sweetened Condensed Milk in the mixture and the leftover milk too. Then mix it well again.
- Add ice cubes in it and enjoy.
9. Chocolate ice cream
Who doesn’t love an ice cream and especially if it’s Chocolate? Well, now you can make Chocolate ice cream easily at home.
Ingredients:
1: Milkmaid Sweetened Condensed Milk – ½ tin
2: Vanilla Extract – 1 tsp.
3: Fresh cream – 150 grams
4: Chocolate sauce – 90 ml
Steps:
- Whip the fresh cream nicely.
- Add rest of the ingredients in the cream.
- Pout it in an airtight container.
- Put it in the fridge to let it cool and set.
10. Chocolate Modak
This sweet is the modernised version of Modal which is a traditional dish. Nowadays everyone wants a little change and twist in the old and traditional dishes. So why not try with this one!
Ingredients:
1: Milkmaid Sweetened Condensed Milk – 1 tin
2: Cocoa powder – 1 cup
3: Butter – 100 grams
4: Chopped Almonds – ½ cup
Steps:
- Heat a pan on medium flame. Add butter and cocoa powder to it and mix well until it forms a fine liquid.
- Add Milkmaid and chopped almonds in it.
- Mix well until it forms a thick mixture.
- Put off the flame and cool it. Then put the mixture into Modal molds.
11. Chikoo ice cream
If you love Chikoo, then you will definitely give it a try. Because it’s just like having a delicious blend of Chikoo and ice cream on your plate.
Ingredients:
1: Milkmaid Sweetened Condensed Milk – ½ tin
2: Chikoo – 250 grams
3: Nourish milk – 200 ml
4: Fresh cream – 250 grams
Steps:
- Peel the Chikoos. Remove its seeds and mash it nicely in the blender to form its pulp.
- Mix the milkmaid, fresh cream, and milk and blend it in a blender. Put the mixture in the fridge for 2 hours.
- Then mix the Chikoo pulp in the mixture. Mix it well and put it again in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
- Put it out from the fridge and serve it in bowls.
12 Chocolate vanilla layered blancmange
This yummy dessert from France will make your mood happy and romantic. It’s a milkmaid dessert pudding.
Ingredients:
1: Corn flour – 8 tbsp.
2: Vanilla essence – 2 tsp.
3: Dark Chocolate – 40 grams
4: Milkmaid Sweetened Condensed Milk – 1 tin
5: Water – 3 cups
Steps:
- Mix Milkmaid Sweetened Condensed Milk with water. Divide the mixture into two halves.
- Mix 4 tsp Corn flour with water. Boil one- half of milkmaid water mixture and add Corn flour water mixture in it. Mix well and cook it on low flame and let the mixture be thick.
- Switch the flame off and add vanilla essence to the mixture and mix well.
- Put the mixture in 4 glasses in a layered form. Keep it to cool and set.
- Now mix the rest of corn flour with water. Now boil the other half of milkmaid water mixture and put the Corn flour water mixture in the mixture and let it boil on low flame. Meanwhile, break the Dark Chocolate into two halves and mix it with milk mixture.
- Mix well until the chocolate milk mixture becomes a liquid paste.
- Put off the flame and add the chocolate mixture on the vanilla layer in another layered form.
- Let it cool again to set and garnish the dessert with white chocolate.
13 Chocolate walnut spread
This can be like a delight for the kids who usually loves chocolate. It can be eaten on bread or can dip it in fruits.
Ingredients:
1: Cocoa powder – 4 tbsp.
2: Butter – 1 tbsp.
3: Chopped milk chocolate – 50 grams
4: Chopped walnuts – ½ cup
5: Milkmaid Sweetened Condensed Milk – 1 tin
Steps:
- Melt the Chocolate and butter in a pan on low flame. Add Cocoa powder and mix well.
- Then add milkmaid to the mixture and mix well.
- Stir until it becomes thick.
- Switch off the flame and add walnuts in it.
- Store it to use further.
14. Makhana kheer
This kheer is made on many traditional occasions and specially when people do fasting. But it becomes way easier to make it by using Milkmaid.
Ingredients:
1: Milkmaid Sweetened Condensed Milk – ½ tin
2: Ghee – ½ tsp.
3: Grated coconut – ½ cup
4: Makhana – 3 cups
5: Milk – 6 cups
6: Dry fruits – 2 tbsp.
7: Cardamom powder – ½ tsp.
Steps:
- Heat ghee in the pan and fry the Makhana on low flame until slight brown.
- Crush the Makhanas and mix with milk in a pan. Heat until it becomes a little creamy.
- Add Milkmaid Sweetened Condensed Milk and heat for other 5 to 6 minutes.
- Switch off the flame and add dry fruits and cardamom powder and mix well.
- Serve in bowls.
15. Malai laddoo
If you try this Malai laddoo, then I am definitely sure that you will fall in love with them!
Ingredients:
1: Milkmaid Sweetened Condensed Milk – ½ cup
2: Grated paneer – 250 grams
3: Yellow food colour – 4 to 5 drops
4: Meets essence – 2 to 3 drops
5: Cardamom powder – ½ tsp.
Steps:
- Blend Grated paneer in the mixture until creamy.
- Mix paneer and Milkmaid Sweetened Condensed Milk together and heat it on the low or medium flame until it becomes thick.
- Switch the flame off and add colour, essence and cardamom powder. Put the mixture on a plate until it cools.
- Make its balls after cooling and enjoy the delicious mouth melting Malai laddoo.
16. Mishti Dahi
This traditional Bengali dish is the one of the most amazing versions of Curd and cream. It’s texture and taste; both are perfect!
Ingredients:
1: Curd (Dahi) – 3 cups
2: Milkmaid Sweetened Condensed Milk – 1 tin
3: Cardamom – 1 pinch
Steps:
- Hang the curd in a muslin cloth for about 25 to 30 minutes to remove excess water.
- Mix Milkmaid Sweetened Condensed Milk and cardamom powder in the curd.
- Put the mixture in a bowl and cover it with foil paper.
- Put the bowl in boiling water in a pan for 15 to 20 minutes for steaming it.
- Cool it on the fridge in to serve chilled.
17. Orange delight
This drink is a perfect example of refreshment. If you want to have a refreshing summer dessert, then this dish is perfect for full filling your need!
Ingredients:
1: Milkmaid Sweetened Condensed Milk – 1 tin
2: Orange juice – 3 cups
3: Orange – 1
4: Fresh cream – 2 cups
5: Gelatine – 2 tbsp.
Steps:
- Mix orange juice and gelatine and heat in a pan of hot water to let the gelatine mix completely.
- Put off the flame and let the mixture cool. Keep the mixture aside.
- Whip the fresh cream till it becomes fluffy. Leave 3 – 4 tbsp. cream for decorating purpose.
- Fold the whipped cream in Milkmaid Sweetened Condensed Milk.
- Mix gelatine juice mixture in Milkmaid cream mixture and pour the mixture in wet molds.
- Put it in the fridge to set.
- Put out the dessert from molds and decorate it with whipped cream and sections of the orange.
18. Peach Sorbet
This can be a peachy treat to your family as it’s a delightful dish made with peach and milk which blends perfectly in your mouth to give an outstanding taste.
Ingredients:
1: Pealed and sliced ripe peaches – 500 grams
2: Milkmaid Sweetened Condensed Milk – ½ tin
3: Dahi (curd) – 200 grams
Steps:
- Place the sliced peaches in fridge for an hour.
- Then blend the peaches, Milkmaid and dahi together in the mixer.
- Place the mixture in the fridge to cool it.
- Enjoy!
19. Strawberry ice cream
If we talk about ice cream, then the first thing that comes to mind is strawberry ice cream. It’s so much easy to make it with Milkmaid. You can impress your family with this recipe!
Ingredients:
1: Milkmaid Sweetened Condensed Milk – 1 tin
2: Fresh Cream – 300 grams
3: Fresh strawberries – 200 grams
Steps:
- Blend the strawberries in a mixer to make it a puree.
- Mix the Milkmaid with fresh cream and whisk until it becomes thick.
- Add strawberry puree and mix well.
- Set the mixture in the fridge.
- Serve chilled.
20. Watermelon Sorbet
This refreshing dessert is so easy to make that there is no need of ice cream maker. Just two ingredients are needed for making it!
Ingredients:
1: Milkmaid Sweetened Condensed Milk – ½ tin
2: Watermelon pulp – ½ kg
Steps:
- Mix the Milkmaid and watermelon pulp together and make sure there are no seeds.
- Blend well and pour the mixture into ice trays.
- Freeze it in the fridge.
