For all the film maniacs, this place gives you all the feel of the filmy magic. It’s located in the H Block of Connaught place. They offer Chinese, North Indian and Continental food. Do try their cocktails as they are as filmy as the ambience. The Amitabh Bachchan burger should be on your plate too.
3. Lights, Camera and Action
Turns your filmy fever, few notches up when you visit this cafe.They have the quirkiest dishes like Pyar Tune Quesadilla, Ujda Chaman, Chammak Challo, Mogambo, Three Idiots, Andaaz Apna Apna and much more. Their chicken wings marinated in Indian spices go by the name of Chicken-e-Chameli creative right? This café is located in Rajouri Garden.
4. Mumbai Matinee
If Bollywood resides in Mumbai, this cafe bring you the whole of Mumbai. This cafe is a mix of Mumbai snacks and Bollywood buzz. They have Mughal-E-Azam cushions and pictures of celebrities all over the cafe. The pictures are candid at its best. They offer Mexican, Italian and North Indian options. The cafe is located in Shahpur Jat.
5. Filmy Flavors
Located in Sector 63 of Noida, Filmy flavors is the place filled with cinematic reels of your favourite movies. The lights are bright and colorful that add a charm to the place. The food options are varied from North Indian, Mughlai and Chinese. Some hot favourites are the Bheja fry dal, Gabbar mushroom, and Laadla Paneer Lababdar.
6. Bollywood Bistro
This lounge is located in Punjabi Bagh. It has a film city vibe to it. As soon as you enter, you can see posters of movies and famous dialogues all over the place. The menu is extravagant too. They have Chinese, Continental and North Indian options. We recommend the honey chilli potatoes and Veg Makhmaili Seekh.
7. Hero No. 1
This place is a paradise for any Govinda’s fan. This place is curated by Govinda himself and is an abode to his popular comedy film “Hero No. 1” in 1997.The cafe is located in Rajouri Garden. The food is delicious and light in the pocket. Do try the drinks when you visit here, we place our bets on the Govinda Groove.
8. Potbelly Rooftop Cafe
This cafe, located in Shahpur Jat is famous for having Bollywood movie screening nights regularly. They showcase movies old and evergreen like Golmaal, Naram Garam, Namak Halal, Andaz Apna Apna etc. Their menu offers vegetarian pakodas, Little Chokka, Ghoogni Churra and all the Bihari delicacies. Bring in your friends and have a cozy movie night at the cafe.
9. Box office Cafe
Located near the North campus of Delhi University. Box office cafe is a full-fledged filmy cafe with large canvases and paintings of Bollywood movies and actors. The place is rustic and gives a very dramatic vibe. The prices are budget friendly hence all the students love this cafe. Our favourite picks are the Burritos and Paneer Tikka wrap.
10. IIFA Buzz, Kingdom of Dreams
Have you ever wished to visit the IIFA awards and gaze at the lavishness of the stars there? Well, here is your chance. Located in the Kingdom of Dream, Gurugram, IIFA Buzz is a spectacular cafe that entails a complete Bollywood experience. There are props, posters, awards and records to set you back in time. 11. Garam Dharam
Located in Connaught place, Garam Dharam is a tribute to our very own Dharam Paji. It was inaugurated by Dharamji himself last year. The ambience is inspired by his movies. There are funky coasters and table mats with his dialogues and pictures. The food is totally desi just as he likes it. Dal tadka and Kadai paneer are heavenly!
12. Badmash Company
When the menu read drinks and dishes like Pink lips, Club ki Bulbul, Bread ka Badshah, Dabbang burgers and much more, you know you have entered an all filmy zone. The interior is totally conceptualized on love for Bollywood. Located in Saket, Badmash Company is a lounge filled with Bollywood quotes and music.
13. Calendar’s Kitchen
The cafe is based on an iconic character of Calendar from ‘Mr. India’ played by Satish Kaushik. Located in Rajouri Garden, the cafe offers Continental, Italian, North Indian and Chinese options. You can find Mr.India poster and calendars kitchen routine on the walls too. Try the Volcano Nachos and Baked Cheese Dimsum when you visit it.
14. The Treat – Rajesh Khanna Food Van
The Rajesh Khanna food van, near Jesus and Mary college is a live epitome of Bollywood love. It is owned by Vipin Oberoi, a huge Rajesh Khanna fan. The eatery is in form of a small food track and offers some lip smacking dishes like Tawa Chicken and Chicken Keema.
15. Bollywood Cafe
This cafe is located in Sector 56 in Noida. It is easy on the pocket option for days when you are low on cash. The eatery has both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. The menu includes momos, noodles, biryani, dal and naan as some of the options. We recommend you try the fried momos, they are tasty and crispy.
16. Rang De Basanti Dhaba
Inspired by the movie, “Rang De Basanti”, this dhaba is a mix of urban, Bollywood and desi flavors. There are frames of old classic movies and dialogues in Punjabi. The food is also authentic North Indian. You can gorge on the best butter chicken here. The cafe is located in Hauz Khas Village.
