1. Aaloo Paratha

Methi Paratha is just like aaloo methi paratha but in this there are more methi as compared to aloo methi paratha which have more aaloo as compared to methi. So, stuffing of this is made by mixing methi with aloo and then it get stuffed in the paratha.

Bathua Aloo Paratha is the paratha which is most enjoyed during the winter. Because you can get bathua in winter only. This paratha have the stuffing of chopped bathua mixed with the fusion of spices and herbs to make this dish spicy. You can serve this paratha with white butter.

7. Namak Ajwain Paratha

Namak – Ajwain paratha is made by stuffing salt and ajwain in the batter of wheat flour. Salt is added as per the requirement and ajwain is added in small amount just to add taste & digestion purpose only. They are made in different shapes like triangle, square, circle etc. It can be served with any pickle.

Paneer paratha is made by grinding cottage cheese and mixing it with some spices like red chili powder, dhaniya, black pepper etc. Salt is also added to taste in the mixture made for stuffing. It is tasty and spicy in taste. It is cooked using desi ghee or vegetable oil. It is served with butter, pickle or yogurt.
