There are times when we get exhausted and our body demands something refreshing. Unlike cold-drinks and contaminated drinks available in the market it is better to make something refreshing and healthy which acts as an energy drink. Now, this isn’t a recipe which requires fresh pomegranate and berries provided they aren’t available throughout the year and even if they are available they are quite expensive. Therefore, here we are using Real juices to make this wonderful drink.

First of all, take a jar and put some frozen strawberries into it.

Brown sugar is believed to be more beneficial rather than normal white sugar and thus here we are using brown sugar.

Also squeeze some lime juice into the jar. Put some mint leaves into it. Add 1 cup of Real Cranberry Juice and 1 cup of Real Pomegranate Juice. And then we need to blend the mixture. The drink is almost ready. Pour it in a glass.

Last but not the least garnish it with the help of some freshly chopped mint leaves. Serve fresh.

Everyone of us are aware of the red cherries that are easily available in the market. But only few of us know about the other kind of cherries popularly known as the dark sweet cherries.

And since we try out different kind of shakes we need to experiment with unique ingredients. So here we will be using both the red cherries as well as the dark sweet cherries.

First take two jars. Put 2 tsp of vanilla ice-cream in both the jars. In one of the jars put some red cherries, i.e. 3 tsp. Put the same amount of dark and sweet cherries in the other jar. Pour equal amounts of coconut milk in both the jars. Though cherries themselves are sweet enough but still we need to add some sugar into it.

As we have already discussed brown sugar is better than the normal white sugar so we’ll go for brown sugar. After adding one and a half tsp of brown sugar into each jar, we need to blend the mixture well.

The last step involves garnishing the shake with the help of cherries and a small piece of coconut.
