Mix all above ingredients and make a thick batter to coat GOBI with it. Now, cut GOBI in small pieces and coat it. Then pour some oil in the pan and deep fry it. Recipe

First, we are going to prepare a batter. Take a pan, roast Kashmiri chilies and take them out. Now again, in the pan put Coriander Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Peppercorn, Fennel Seeds, Dry chilies and roast them also. Now take a grinder, put all the roasted spices with Garlic, Lemon Juice, Ginger and grind them. Take the batter out from it. After it, take out a big bowl and put all the Chicken pieces into it, add batter, Turmeric powder, yogurt, salt and mix them well with the Chicken pieces. Keep it aside to marinate for 1 hour. Now take out a pan, put some classified ghee into it.
