- All-purpose flour(Maida)
- Corn flour
- Salt, soy sauce

- Finely chopped celery, green capsicum, Ginger, green chilies and Carrot
Mix all above ingredients and make a thick batter to coat GOBI with it. Now, cut GOBI in small pieces and coat it. Then pour some oil in the pan and deep fry it. Mix them, very gently and cook it for 2 min. Then, add salt, Soy sauce, black pepper and white pepper. Now stir them. Then add some red and green sauce, Vinegar and cook for 5 min. Now add all coated fried Gobi. Then add some sugar than corn flour and water. Cook it well for 10 min. After this, it is ready to serve.

Now take a grinder, put all the roasted spices with Garlic, Lemon Juice, Ginger and grind them. Take the batter out from it.
