
1. All-Purpose Flour Dosa
Ingredients
- Rice flour – 3
- All-purpose flour – half cup
- Green chili – 3 spoons
- Carrot pieces – one cup
- Chilly – 3
- Salt – as per taste
- Buttermilk- one cup
Preparation
- Mix all-purpose flour with rice flour and add Buttermilk to it.
- Make a thick batter for dosa. The batter should be a little bit runny.
- Add carrot pieces, cumin seeds, and green chili, salt and mix well. Keep the batter aside for 10 minutes.
- Take the pan and heat it. Put full big spoon of batter on pan and spread over it. Add oil on sides of dosa.
- Cook for 2 minutes and flip the Dosa. Hot Atta Dosa is ready to serve.

2. Paneer Dosa
Ingredients
- Rice flour – 3
- Paneer – one cup
- Green chili – 3 spoons
- Salt – as per taste
- Potato – one cup
Preparation
- Take Dosa batter and keep it aside for 6 hours. The batter should be runny.
- Grate the Paneer (tofu) and keep it aside in a bowl. Add green chili, and mix well. Take the pan and heat it.
- Put full big spoon of batter on pan and spread over it. Sprinkle the Grated Paneer on dosa and press gently.
- Add oil on sides of dosa. Cook for 2 minutes and flip the Dosa.
- Now the tasty Paneer Dosa is ready.

3. Potato Dosa
Ingredients
- Rice flour – 3
- Curd – half cup
- Green chili – 3 spoons
- Salt – as per taste
- Potato – one cup
Preparation
- Boil the potatoes, peel the skin and smash them.
- Take a grinder; grind curd, potatoes, flour, and salt. Make it of thick consistency like dosa batter using water.
- Heat the pan, spread batter on pan, pour the oil on all sides.
- Potato dosa will taste good with coriander chutney.

4. Methi Dosa
Ingredients
- Rice – 3 cups
- Methi seeds – half cup
- Green chili – 3 spoons
- Salt – as per taste
- Urad dal – half cup
Preparation
- Soak the rice, Methi seeds, urad dal for 6 hours.
- Grind them and make a tight paste along with chili paste. Heat the pan, spread the oil on pan.
- Pour the batter and spread like dosa. Roast the both sides.
- The Methi dosa goes well with green curry leaves powder.

5. Sabudana Rice Dosa
Ingredients
- Sabudana – 1 cups
- Rice flour – 2 cups
- Pepper powder – half spoon
- Salt – as per taste
Preparation
- Boil the Sabudana in water till it become paste. Add the rice flour, salt and pepper to Sabudana. Mix well.
- Let it stand for 290 minutes. Heat the pan, spread the oil on pan, pour the batter and spread like dosa. Roast on both sides.
- The Sabudana dosa goes well with green drumsticks curry.

6. Coconut Dosa
Ingredients
- Grated Coconut – 1 cups
- Rice flour – 2 cups
- Pepper – half spoon
- Salt – as per taste
- Cumin seeds – one spoons
Preparation
- Soak the black gram and Rice together for 4 hours and grind them together till a thick paste forms.
- Heat the pan, spread dosas on pan and pour the oil on all sides.
- Potato dosa will taste good with coriander chutney.

7. Bread Dosa
Ingredients
- Bread-6pieces
- Rice flour-3 spoons
- Yogurt -3 spoon
- Chopped onion – one cup
- Green chili – 4 spoons
- Half cup coriander leaves
- Oil – 3 spoons
Preparation
- Soak the bread slices in water for 5 minutes. Drain out the water.
- Take a bowl, mix the bread slices, rice flour, Yogurt, salt and prepare a dosa batter. Heat Dosa pan over medium flame, sprinkle water drops of water, to confirm the pan is plenty hot or not.
- Pour the oil, expand spoon of batter on the pan .pour oil on all sides of dosa.
- Put the chopped onions and green chili. Press them gently and roast on both sides. Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Tasty Bread Dosa is ready.

8. Egg Dosa
Ingredients
- Black gram-half cup
- Rice flour –half cup
- Eggs -3
- Chopped onion – one cup
- Green chili – 4 spoons
- Coriander leaves – half cup
- Oil – 5 spoons
Preparation
- Soak the Black gram and rice flour together for 6 hours. Grind them for a dosa batter. Keep aside for 2 hours.
- Beat 3 eggs; add salt, green chili, chopped onion and coriander leaves. Heat the pan and pour oil over it.
- Put a big spoon of dosa batter and expand it to create the circle. After few minutes, pour the egg batter on dosa and spread over the dosa evenly.
- Roast the egg both sides with oil. Yummy Egg dosa is ready.

9. Spinach Dosa
Ingredients
- Wheat flour –one cup
- Rice flour –half cup
- Spinach – one bunch
- Chopped onion – one cup
- Green chili – 4 spoons
- Coriander leaves – half cup
- Oil – 5 spoons
- Ginger – one spoon
Preparation
- Boil Spinach and ginger. Grind spinach to form a thick paste.
- Take a wide bowl, add the Spinach paste, wheat flour, rice flour, and Chopped onion, green chili, coriander leaves and mix with water like dosa batter.
- Cover the batter and keep aside for 20 minutes before preparing dosa. Heat the 2 spoons of oil on pan, put the big spoon of dosa batter & expand it to create the circle.
- Roast the dosa with oil. Your favorite delicacy is ready.

10. Ragi Dosa
Ingredients
- Ragi flour –one cup
- Cumin seeds – one bunch
- Chopped onion – one cup
- Green chili – 4 spoons
- Coriander leaves – half cup
- Oil – 5 spoons
Preparation
- Take wide bowl, pour water and add Ragi flour, Cumin seeds, green chili, and chopped onion and Make a dosa batter.
- Cover the batter and keep aside for 20 minutes in room temperature. Heat 2 spoons of oil on pan, put the big spoon of Ragi dosa batter and expand it to create the circle.
- Roast the dosa well with oil. Delicious Ragi dosa is ready.

11. Pesarattu Dosa
Ingredients
- Green Grams–one cup
- Rice –half cup
- Cumin Seeds – one bunch
- Chopped onion – one cup
- Green chili – 4 spoons
- Coriander leaves – half cup
- Ginger – one spoon
- Oil – 5 spoons
Preparation
Soak the green Grams and Rice for 6 hours. Grind the green grams, rice along with Cumin seeds, Chopped onion, green chili and Ginger. Cover the batter and keep it aside for 20 minutes at room temperature. Heat 2 spoons of oil on pan, put the big spoon of green gram dosa batter and expand it to create the circle. Roast the dosa well with oil. Mouth-watering green Grams dosa is ready.

12. Soya Beans Dosa
Ingredients
- Soya Beans powder–one cup
- Rice Powder–half cup
- Urad dal flour – half cup
- Cumin seeds – one bunch
- Chopped onion – one cup
- Green chili – 4 spoons
- Coriander leaves – half cup
- Ginger – one spoon
- Oil – 5 spoons
Preparation
- Take a bowl; add Soya Beans powder, Rice Powder, Urad dal flour, Cumin seeds, Chopped onion, green chili, coriander leaves, and Ginger paste.
- Pour one glass of water and make paste for dosa batter. Cover the batter and keep aside for 20 minutes at room temperature.
- Heat 2 spoons of oil on pan, put the big spoon of batter and expand it to create the circle. Roast the dosa well with oil.
- Luscious soya beans dosa is ready.

13. Tomato Dosa
Ingredients
- Chopped Tomatoes–6
- Rice –half cup
- Urad dal – half cup
- Cumin seeds – one bunch
- Chopped onion – one cup
- Green chili – 4 spoons
- Coriander leaves – half cup
- Ginger – one spoon
- Oil – 5 spoons
Preparation
- Soak Rice and Urad dal for 6 hours. Grind the tomatoes, Urad dal, Rice and make a thick batter.
- Heat 2 spoons of oil on pan and put a big spoon of batter and expand it to create the circle. Roast the dosa well with oil.
- Finger-licking Tomato dosa is ready.

14. Sponge Dosa
Ingredients
- Rice Flakes–one cup
- Butter Milk–one cup
- Rice – half cup
- Chopped onion – one cup
- Green chili – 4 spoons
- Coriander leaves – half cup
- Ginger – one spoon
- Oil – 5 spoons
Preparation
- Soak some Rice Flakes In butter milk for 6 hours. Drain the extra buttermilk and grind them with salt in mixer jar for dosa batter using sufficient water.
- Take another bowl, add Chopped onion, green chili, coriander leaves, Ginger and mix evenly.
- Heat oil on a pan and put a big spoon of batter and make dosa. After 2 minutes of cooking, sprinkle the onions mixture on dosa and press smoothly.
- Roast the dosa well with oil. Flavorsome, Tomato dosa is ready.

15. Cucumber Dosa
Ingredients
- Rice–one cup
- Cucumber pieces–one cup
- Black Grams – half cup
- Chopped onion – one cup
- Green chili – 4 spoons
- Coriander leaves – half cup
- Oil – 5 spoons
Preparation
- Soak Rice and Black gram in water for 6 hours. Remove the extra water and grind rice, black gram, and cucumber pieces with salt in mixer jar for dosa batter using sufficient water.
- Take another bowl; add Chopped onion, chopped cucumber pieces, green chili, coriander leaves, and mix evenly.
- Heat the oil on pan and put a big spoon of batter and make dosa. After 2 minutes of cooking, sprinkle the Cucumber mixture on dosa and press gently.
- Roast the dosa well with oil. Yummy cucumber dosa is ready.

16. Banana Dosa
Ingredients
- Ripe Bananas–5
- Maida (all-purpose flour) – half cup
- Sugar – half cup
- Milk – one cup
- Rice flour – half cup
- Oil – 5 spoons
Preparation
- Peel the banana, cut it into pieces. Take mixer jar, add banana pieces, Milk, Sugar and make a juice.
- Pour the banana juice into bowl, add Maida, Rice flour and mix evenly. Heat oil on pan and put a big spoon of batter and make dosa.
- Pour the oil all sides. Roast both sides of dosa.
- Juicy banana dosa is ready to eat.

17. Cabbage Dosa
Ingredients
- Rice Flour–one cup
- Chopped Cabbage–one cup
- Wheat flour – half cup
- Chopped onion – one cup
- Green chili – 4 spoons
- Coriander leaves – half cup
- Ginger – 2 spoons
- Oil – 5 spoons
Preparation
- Boil cabbage and ginger in water for 15 minutes. Now Drain the Excessive water from cabbage and store it in a cool place.
- Take a wide bowl and add boiled cabbage, Rice Flour, Wheat flour and mix well. Now pour the Cabbage boiled water and mix like dosa batter.
- Heat oil in a pan and put a big spoon of batter and make dosa.
- Sprinkle the finely chopped coriander leaves, green chili and chopped onion on dosa.
- Cook the dosa on low flame.

18. Besan Dosa
Ingredients
- Besan powder–one cup
- Chopped onion – one cup
- Green chili – 4 spoons
- Coriander leaves – half cup
- Ginger – 2 spoons
- Oil – 5 spoons
Preparation
- Take a wide bowl and add Besan powder and mix well.
- Add the Chopped onion, green chili, coriander leaves, Ginger and mix with water. Make a dosa batter.
- Heat the oil on pan and pour a big spoon of batter and make dosa.
- Cook the dosa on low flame with oil.

19. Bottle Gourd Dosa
Ingredients
- Idly rice – one cup
- Black gram – one Cup
- Grated Bottle guard- one cup
- Taste – as per tasty
- Coconut milk – one cup
- Oil – 5 spoons
Preparation
- Take a wide bowl and add idli rice, black gram; pour water and soak overnight.
- Boil the bottle gourd with salt and keep aside. Grind them for dosa batter using coconut milk.
- Add salt and grated bottle guard to batter and mix well. Make like a Dosa batter. Heat oil on the pan and put a big spoon of batter and make dosa.
- Cook the dosa on low flame with oil. Hot Bottle gourd dosa is ready to serve.

20. Corn Dosa Recipe
Ingredients
- Rice flour – one cup
- Dry corns – one cup
- Sweet corn – one cup
- Chopped onions – one cup
- Green chili – 2 spoons
- Salt – one spoon
Preparation
- Soak the Rice flour and dry corns for 3 hours. Boil the sweet corn and keep it aside.
- Grind them to form a smooth paste. Now add the sweet corns, salt, chopped onions, and green chilly to it; mix well.
- Heat the oil on pan, put the big spoon of batter and make dosa. Cook the dosa on low flame with oil.
- Hot Sweet corn dosa is ready to serve.
