1 Basic Biscuit

Ingredients :

  • Flour – 2 cups
  • Baking Powder – 2 teaspoons
  • Sugar – 2 tablespoons
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Oil – 1/3 cup
  • Milk- 2/3 cup

Method :

  • Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
  • Add oil and milk in a cup. Do not mix them.
  • Add the content of cup into the bowl and mix them.
  • Make a ball by kneading the mixture.
  • Wrap the dough in between the plastic sheet and cut into a shape of a biscuit.
  • Bake for 10 -12 minutes until it turns light brown.

2 Biscuit Cake

Ingredients :

  • Marie biscuits – 14 -15
  • Sugar powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Coffee – 1 tablespoon
  • Dark Chocolate – 3 tablespoon
  • Butter – 1 tablespoon
  • Water – 2 tablespoon

Method :

  • Add chocolate and butter in a bowl.
  • Heat it for 25-30 seconds till chocolate melts.
  • Add water to coffee and mix well.
  • Then add sugar to it and mix.
  • Spread the chocolate mix over one biscuit.
  • Dip another biscuit into coffee mixture and place it on the first one.
  • Repeat the steps for all other biscuits.
  • Enrobe all the sides with chocolate. Keep it in fridge for 15 minutes
  • Cut them from bottom. Your biscuit cake is ready.

Ingredients :

  • Butter – 150 grams
  • Flour – 150 grams
  • Corn Flour – 50 grams
  • Sugar Powder – 65 grams
  • Vanilla Extract – ½ teaspoon

Method :

  • Mix all the ingredients using blender and make dough.
  • Place the dough on a plastic sheet and cool it for 30 minutes.
  • Cut the dough into pieces and bake them for 10 to 12 minutes at 190 degree Celsius.

  • Mix them well to get dough.

Ingredients :

  •  Butter – 60 grams.
  • Sugar Powder – 1 ½ tablespoon.
  • Flour – 125 grams.
  • Custard Powder – 1 tablespoon.

  • Salt – 1 pinch.
  • Red and green tutti Fruit – 1 tablespoon.
  • Red essence – ½ teaspoon
  • Chilled milk – 2 teaspoon.

Method :

  •  Mix butter and sugar well in a bowl.
  • Add flour, custard powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt to it. Mix it well.
  • Then add tutti fruit and red essence into the mixture. Make dough using the chilled milk.
  • Place the dough on a butter paper and roll it into a thin sheet.
  • Cut the sheet into square pieces and bake them for 12 to 15 minutes at 180 degree Celsius.

Ingredients :

  •  Coconut flour – 300 grams.
  • Flour – 80 grams.
  • Eggs – 2
  • Butter – 150 grams.
  • Sugar – 150 grams.
  • Baking Powder – 16 Grams.

Method :

  • Mix butter and sugar thoroughly until it becomes smooth and soft.
  • Add baking powder and eggs to it. Mix them well.
  • Then add coconut flour gradually.
  • Take a small amount of mixture and roll into balls.

  • Mix sugar powder with jaggery and warm water. Beat the mixture to melt jaggery.
  • Add oil to it and mix well. Add this content to the dry mixture in the bowl.

  • Margarine – 125 grams.
  • Sugar – ½ cup.
  • Sultanas – ½ cup.
  • Egg – 1.
