Do dil mil rahe Hai is a fusion of Chinese noodles in pao bhaji’s bhaji in a sizzler.
It is a treat for your taste buds as the tasty spicy bhaji with Hakka style noodles slurps into your mouth. The Hakka noodles neutralize the spicy effect of bhaji. It is a blend of Chinese and Indian cuisine.

Samosa Chaat is a dish where the Samosa crust and filling served as bhel. The masala mainly consists of potato and peas with samosa masala mixed in it. The imli chutney and green chutney are mixed with the samosa crust and masala giving it a typical Bombaiya bhel taste.

5. Pav Bhaji Fondue At Spice Klub
Spice Klub has a dish called Pav Bhaji Fondue where instead of cheese the Bhaji is served in the fondue pot. Normally a fondue has cheese and bread but here instead of cheese the bhaji is served with the pav which is a very subtle method of fusing food.

6. Dry Ice Kulfi At Spice Klub
Dry Ice Kulfi had the kulfi over dry ice with various syrups accompanying it. Rose, Kala Katha, Lemon, Strawberry and Vanilla are the syrups that are to be poured on the dry ice making it crackle and giving it a gola like taste. The dry ice releases fumes from the funnel end making this a very attractive and amusing dessert.

7. Nanza At Spice Klub
