
Oats are consumed for their high-fiber content, but eating them plain can be challenging. So, here are some ideas to make your mornings better. For the recipe below, the base will consist of rolled oats and your choice of milk, such as cow’s milk, Yakult, or any plant-based milk like almond, coconut, or soy, depending on your preference. You can also add sweeteners like jaggery, brown sugar, or protein powder if desired. The recommended ratio of oats to milk is 1:2 for a smooth and textured morning meal. It is preferable to use a glass bottle with a tight lid. Once you’ve added the flavors to the base, let it set in the fridge overnight.
1.Sneakers Overnight Oats
The flavor ‘Sneakers’ indicates the presence of chocolate, caramel, and peanuts. To the prepared base mixture, add 1/2 teaspoon of cocoa powder and approximately 2 tablespoons of peanut butter spread. Mix everything well and pour it into a glass bottle to set overnight. The next morning, top it with peanuts or other crushed nuts, melted peanut butter, and enjoy.

2.Chia Seeds Overnight Oats
These can be added to most oat varieties, but yogurt can be substituted for milk, and honey can be used instead of other sweeteners. Chia seeds can be added to increase the fiber content along with oats. Additionally, you can incorporate other seed varieties such as pine seeds, pumpkin seeds, and flax seeds to make a breakfast loaded with good cholesterol. Top it off with some walnuts and your choice of berries before serving.

3.Nutella Overnight Oats
For chocolate lovers, you can add 2 tablespoons of hazelnut spread to your bowl and let it set overnight. Just before serving, add chopped nuts and drizzle chocolate sauce. Nutella is a preferred option for those who are looking to gain weight.

4.Shakthiman (Energy Drink-Based) Overnight Oats
As this flavor is my favorite, I prefer to add 2 to 3 tablespoons of it. The brand can be modified according to your preferences and availability. Other commonly known options are Milo, Bournvita, Horlicks, etc. Mix well, let it set overnight, and the next morning, add toppings such as nuts and coconut shavings before enjoying.

5.Pistachio Overnight Oats
You can prepare pistachio cream by grinding pistachios and brown sugar. This can be added to the oat base. For a green appearance, you can add less than half a teaspoon of matcha. Let it set overnight and garnish with chopped pistachios before serving.

6.Tiramisu Overnight Oats
This is a coffee-based oatmeal recipe for coffee lovers. Add a teaspoon of instant coffee to the milk that is added to the base. Additionally, incorporate layers of coffee-dipped biscuits such as Parle-G, Marie Gold, or even Britannia’s Biscafé, which already have a high coffee flavor infused into them.

7.Rabbit’s Favourite Overnight Oats
Carrot is the base for these oats, hence the name. Simply add grated carrot to the oat base mixture and let it set overnight. The next day, add grated carrots, a few walnuts, and enjoy it in the morning.

8.Cinnamony Overnight Oats
In many doughnut shops, cinnamon is one of my favorite flavors. Now, imagine infusing that into the oat base. Simply finely grind cinnamon and brown sugar, mix well, and let it set overnight. The next morning, add some cut apple pieces and enjoy.

9.Strawberry Mania Overnight Oats
To the prepared base, add strawberry puree. It can be either store-bought, like Hershey’s syrup, or homemade by simmering strawberries and sugar in a pan until a thick consistency is reached. The next morning, top it with fresh strawberries and berries, and enjoy.

10.Chai Based Overnight Oats
The world needs balance, and for tea lovers, they might also appreciate a chai-flavored option. Instead of plain milk, add milk tea and let it set overnight. The next morning, add a few cornflakes on top along with cut pieces of pears, and enjoy.

11.Butterscotch Overnight Oats
[Butterscotch sauce can be store-bought or easily made at home. To prepare the sauce, heat one cup of refined brown sugar with 2 to 3 tablespoons of water. Once it melts, let it simmer slowly and then take it off the stove to cool. This sauce can be added to our oat base along with pecans and cashews. For better-tasting results, try using cashew milk.]

12.Saffron Overnight Oats
This is a spice added to certain Indian dishes, such as biriyani, rasamalai, etc. It’s filled with high levels of antioxidants. Instead of adding it directly, boil it with your choice of milk, let it cool, and then add it to the oats and other base ingredients.

13.Badammilk Overnight Oats
We are aware of the health benefits of badam. Along with the oat base mixture, adding two tablespoons of badam milk powder is all you have to do, and let it set overnight. Before serving, add a shaved badam as well.

14.Cookies Cream Overnight Oats
Oreo is one of my favorite flavors. Add finely grated Oreo crumbles to the oat base mixture and leave it overnight to set. The following day, add more Oreos on top and enjoy.

15.Lotus Spread Overnight Oats
This is similar to Nutella, where weight-gainers can opt for this, or even those who love the gingerbread flavor can try out this recipe. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of lotus spread to the base oat mixture, mix thoroughly, and let it set overnight. Next morning, add some peanuts and breadsticks before serving.

16.Matcha Overnight Oats
Matcha is a leaf that has high catechins. Some health enthusiasts may enjoy adding this bitter punch to their morning meal. Simply froth matcha in lukewarm milk and add it to the base ingredients. Garnish with mint leaves right before eating.

17.Mango Overnight Oats
Fresh fruit-based oats are very healthy for a morning breakfast. Mango is a an excellent source of magnesium and potassium. Add smashed mango to the oats, mix, and let it set overnight. The next day, add mango cubes on top and enjoy it.

18.Rosmilk Overnight Oats
Rosewater is one of the significant ingredients in rose milk, known for providing glowing skin and other health-related benefits. Including it in a meal once in a while will be suitable for our system in the long run. You can directly add rose syrup or milk mix to the base oat mixture.

19.Turmeric Milk Overnight Oats
Turmeric is used often in South Indian cooking for its high health benefits. Incorporating it into our oats can make it healthier to have. Mix less than a quarter of a tablespoon of turmeric powder with a lukewarm choice of milk. Let it cool before adding it to the oats’ base. Top it with some pomegranate and enjoy.

20.Minion Overnight Oats
Along with the base, we will add smashed banana and blueberries. Bananas have many health benefits, such as improving digestion and reducing bloating. Similarly, blueberries help with regulating blood sugar levels and so much more.
