1. PONGAL

Idly is the morning breakfast. It makes from Urad dal. It is steamed food. Idly is eat with sambar, chutney. When preparing the Idly by Fermentation process.
4. DOSA
Dosa and Idly prepare from the same flour. Many varieties in dosa such as Masala dosa, Ghee dosa, Millet dosa, Onion dosa, Egg dosa, Rava dosa, etc. It is crispy and thin.
5. PANIYARAM
Paniyaram is in two tastes are spicy and sweet. Chettinad paniyaram is popular in Tamilnadu. Onions, Green chili, Curry leaves are the ingredients to prepare Paniyaram. Paniyaram flour prepare from the fermentation process.
6. UTHAPPAM
Uthappam has many varieties in toppings such as Mushroom masala, paneer masala, small onions, grated carrot, etc. It is made from idly and dosa flour.
7. SAMBAR
Sambar powder, so many vegetables, chili, tomato, curry leaves, many masala items in sambar. Sambar is a Traditional food in Tamilnadu. Sambar is serving with vada, idly, dosa, etc.
8. RICE
Rice is the staple food in Tamilnadu. Rice is Traditional lunch food. People give importance. People treat rice as God. Many varieties in rice. Most of the people do Rice cultivation production in Tamilnadu.
9. BIRYANI
Thalappakatti Biryani in Dindigul is famous biryani in Tamilnadu. Briyani masala and many spices are use in biryani. Prawn biryani, Chicken biryani, Mutton biryani, Fish biryani, etc.

11. PAYASAM
