Recipe:
1. Firstly, take a large mixing bowl. Add half cup of butter and 1 cup of castor sugar to it. Blend them till you get a creamy mixture.
2. Now add one egg to this mix and blend till everything is combined. You will get a thick batter.
3. Into this add 1 tbsp of vanilla essence and ½ tbsp of baking powder. Mix well.
4. Now slowly go on adding 1 cup of Maida flour till it combines with the egg mixture.
5. To this, add some raisins, currants, chopped nuts, tutti frutti, chocolate chips etc.
6. You can determine the consistency of the batter by adding some milk to it to make it more pliable.

Ingredients:

Ingredients:
• Cream Cheese
Oreo Biscuits
• Butter
• Castor Sugar
• White Chocolate
• Milk
• Milk Powder
Recipe:
1. First, remove the cream of the biscuits and separate them. Blend these in a blender to get a coarse powder.
2. In a bowl, add this powdered biscuits and add some melted butter to it to make it more pliable, like a soft paste but not very wet.
3. Heat a saucepan and add the previously removed cream from the biscuits. Also add some white chocolate, little bit of milk and 2 tbsp of milk powder. This is our sweet cream sauce.
4. In another bowl, take some cream cheese and blend it. To this add our prepared cream sauce. Mix thoroughly.
5. Now, if you have a pie dish or baking tin, grease it with butter. Now gently line the dish with the powdered biscuits mixture. If necessary use your hands to tap it and level it evenly.
6. Now pour our sweet cream sauce. Spread it evenly. Freeze for 6 hours.
7. Serve with crushed Oreo biscuits and chocolate sauce.

Ingredients:
• Butter

• Flour
• Pineapple Essence
• Baking Powder
• Pineapple pieces, diced
Recipe:
1. Take a big mixing bowl, and put butter and castor sugar in it. Blend them until creamy. Mix in an egg and whisk.
2. Add few drops of pineapple essence and ½ tbsp of baking powder. Mix well.
3. Go on adding flour and little milk till you get cake-batter consistency.

Ingredients:
• Peaches
• Butter
• Eggs

Ingredients:
• ½ cup Butter
• 1 cup Castor Sugar
• 3-4 apples, sliced
• 1 cup Oats
• ½ cup Maida
Recipe:
1. In a saucepan, place the sliced apples and cover them slightly with castor sugar. Cook these apples for 5 minutes, caramelizing them in this process.
2. In a bowl. Take the oats, flour and mix them together. Cut the butter into pieces and crumble it with the oats mixture using your hands, until everything is combined. (You can also later put it in blender to get a coarse mixture.)
3. Take a tin or round dish and grease it with butter. Now place the sliced, caramelized apples evenly on it.
4. Put the oats crumble over the apples and spread it evenly with a spoon or dab it with your fingers.
5. Bake at 200°C for 35 minutes, or till the crust is golden brown. Serve with clotted cream.

Ingredients:
• ½ cup Butter
• 1 cup Castor Sugar
• One Egg
• 1 cup Maida
• ½ tbsp Baking Powder
• 1 tbsp Vanilla Essence

4. Pour this extract in the batter above and mix well. Slice the almonds and put them in the batter.
5. Take a baking tin and grease it with butter.
6. Pour the cake mix and bake at 280°C for 25 minutes. Serve with custard or chocolate sauce. (You can also make icing for the cake by mixing coffee powder, cream and sugar.)

Ingredients:
• ½ cup Butter
• ½ cup Castor Sugar
• 3-4 tbsp Brown Sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 cup Maida
• 1 tbsp Vanilla Essence

4. Remove from flame and let it cool. Keep stirring. This is your caramel sauce.
5. Do not add the hot sauce as it might spoil the egg in the batter. Add this cooled caramel sauce to the batter and combine thoroughly.
6. Grease the tin or muffin molds with butter and pour the cake mix.
7. Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes. Serve with chocolate sauce.

Ingredients:
• 1 cup Butter
• ½ cup Castor Sugar
• ½ cup Brown Sugar
• 1 cup Maida
• ¾ cup heavy cream or full fat milk

5. Pour the mixture into the tin and bake for 30 minutes at 280°C. Serve with heavy whipped cream.

Ingredients:
• ¾ cup Brown Sugar
• 1 cup Butter
• 1 cup whipped heavy cream
• 3 Bananas cut diagonally and diced
• 1 packet Marie Biscuits
Recipe:
1. Crushed the Marie biscuits and pour half of the butter by melting it. Make a fine crumble.
2. Take a baking tin or dish and line its base with the biscuit crumble. Freeze for 1 hour.
3. In a saucepan, add the remaining butter, brown sugar and cream and mix well. Keep stirring the caramel sauce thus formed.
4. Remove the tin from freezer and pour the caramel sauce evenly on it, covering the whole crumble base. Freeze this for an hour.
5. Meanwhile, in the whipped cream, mix the bananas gently.
6. Remove the tin and top the fudgy caramel with the bananas and cream mixture. Freeze it for ½ hour.
7. Remove from freezer and serve with grated chocolate and sprinkle some coffee powder.
