Wholesome Chickpea Dishes For Maximum Protein

Chickpeas are a versatile and nutritious ingredient which can be utilized in various ways. They work well as a high-protein lunch as well as a snack. 1.Chickpea Salad

Chickpea salad features cooked chickpeas with an assortment of fresh vegetables. Soak the chickpeas in water for a few hours. In a bowl, add diced tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, carrots, and bell peppers. Next, add a handful of coriander and mint leaves. Make a dressing using olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. 2.Channa Masala
