Ingredients:

  • Luke warm water – one glass,
  • Garlic- 3 cloves,
  • Lemon juice-2 Tbs,
  • Honey-1Tbs

Method:

  1. Add lemon juice, Honey to Luke warm water.
  2. Crush the Garlic cloves and add them to the mixture of water, lemon juice and honey, and your drink is ready.
  3. Drink this every day morning on empty stomach for best results.

2 Coriander Tea

Ingredients:

  • Water – 2 cups,
  • Coriander leaves – half cup

Method:

  1. Wash the coriander leaves well.
  2. Place a kettle on stove add 2 cups of water and coriander,  boil it on high flame for 5 minutes and then on low flame till water turns green.
  3. Now turn off the stove and stain tea in cups.
  4. You can have it and you can also add teaspoon of lemon juice for nice flavor.

  • Water – 2 Liters,
  • Grated Ginger- 1 Tbsp,
  • Cucumber – 1(slices),
  • Lemon – 1,
  • Mint leaves – half cup

Method:

  1. Add all the ingredients to water.
  2. Rest it for a whole night and you can have it next day 5-6 times.

4 Curry Leaves Tea

Ingredients:

  • Water – 2 glasses,
  • Cumin seeds – half Tbs,
  • Curry leaves – 3 sprigs

Method:

  1. Place a sauce pan on your stove add 2 glasses of water, cumin seeds and curry leaves (helps in burning body fat, eliminates toxins from body and hair growth).
  2. Boil it for nearly 10 minutes.
  3. Add pinch of turmeric and pepper to the above mixture and allow it to boil for 5 minutes.
  4. Then turn the stove off and collect the mixture in a glass. You can drink it after 10 minutes

Note: Do not throw away the curry leaves chew them along with the tea.

  1. Boil a glass of water in a pan, add Ajwain to the boiling water and let it boil for 10 minutes on low flame.

  • Tulsi leaves – 12 – 15,

Method:

  1. Boil 1 cup of water in a vessel and add 12 – 15 tulsi leaves to the boiling water.
  2. Let the mixture simmer for 10 – 15 minutes.
  3. Turn off the flame and strain the water into a glass and add 1 Tbs honey and drink it.

  1. Soak almonds whole night in water.
