
1. Garlic Bread
Garlic bread is made by topping the bread with garlic and butter over the surface of bread. It may be garnished with other ingredients like coriander leaves and chives. It is grilled or broiled until roasted. It can be baked in an conventional oven or bread oven. The bread is minced with garlic before baking.

2. Bread Upma
It is made by replacing the flour with bread crumbs and mixed with butter milk to give it tangy taste. It is made healthier by adding seasonal vegetables like carrot, beans, tomato, onion, coriander leaves, curry leaves, and many other ingredients. It looks like soy vegetable because the bread crumbs look similar to soya when it is mixed with spices and other vegetables.

3. Bread Pakora
A very refreshing dish taken as snacks with tea or coffee. It is made by cutting bread piece in a desired shape and covering it with besan paste all over. It is fried in vegetable oil or olive oil until it the besan coating is no longer watery or sticking to the serving spoon. It is made tastier by serving it with sauce and mincing it with garam masala or chat masala.

4. Bread Dosa
It is made by mixing bread, suji, rice flour and butter milk or curd in a bug vessel. The dosa is baked on cooking pan using olive oil or vegetable oil. It is served with a thick gravy of mix vegetables named Sambhar. This dish is popular in South India. The sambhar is made by mixing various vegetables like pumpkin, beans, bottle guard etc.

Bread uthappam is famous in North-India. It made by mixing bread with suji and other seasonal vegetables like peas, carrot and other evergreen vegetables like tomato, onion, coriander leaves etc. Salt is added according to taste in the mixture of bread and suji. It is baked on cooking pan and it takes time to bake due to the presence of suji in it. It is served with green chutney made of mint and coriander leaves.

Bread poha is made by chopping down the bread into small pieces and it is baked in Kadhai. Bread pieces are mixed with butter milk for tangy taste or it can be mixed with curd to give it creamy taste. It is spiced up with some spices like garam masala, black pepper, Dhaniya powder etc. It is made tastier by sprinkling lemon juice when it is totally prepared.

7. Vegetable Toast
Vegetable toast is very tasty and easy home-made dish. It is made by making a paste of suji and other seasonal vegetables like carrot, onion, capsicum, onions and tomato. Sometimes corn is also used for better taste. This paste is spread over one side of bread and it is baked from both the sides until it turns brown.

8Cheese Sandwich
A very tasty and mouth-watering sandwich is made by sandwiching the paste of suji and other seasonal vegetables like carrot, onion, capsicum, onions and tomato with heavy amount of cheese between the slices of bread. It is baked or grilled according to the requirement and equipment available.

9Bread Omelet
Bread Omelet is very protein rich dish. It is made by spreading the egg yolk on one side of bread slice and garnishing it with coriander leaves along with adding taste using some spices like garam masala, chat masala, salt to taste, red chili powder and lemon juice for tangy taste.

It is made from powdered milk, baking powder, all-purpose flour, and oil and other ingredients which are kneaded to form dough, shaped into balls, and dropped into simmering milk cream.

18. Shahi Toast
Shahi toast is made by frying the bread pieces in sugar syrup. It is served with malai or rabdi over it and some chopped dry fruits like almonds, pistachio, and walnut. It is served as royal and protein rich dish in many regions of India.
