Broccoli Soup, Broccoli Casserole, etc. are some food items for people who don’t find it tasty. Broccoli shouldn’t be taken in high amounts because it causes bowel irritation and all vegetables consumed in high quantity makes you gassy.

Compared to normal potatoes, they have less glycemic index. They don’t spike your blood sugar. Sweet potatoes have more fiber content compared to white potatoes. They promote a healthy digestive path and keeps you fit for a long time.

Bitter Gourd has three active substances with anti diabetic properties which include Charantin. These substances either work individually or together to reduce blood sugar. There is no specific dish for this substance, all you got to do is chew the leaves or else you can make tulsi tea which keeps you healthy. Tulsi doesn’t have any disadvantages of taking them in excess. Tulsi taken along with honey is also good.

The plant has been found to reduce blood sugar levels, which can be helpful for patients suffering from diabetes.Taking aloe vera orally can significantly reduce the level of blood glucose and also reducing glycated hemoglobin. Aloe Vera juice can even help for diabetes.
Diabetic patients could lower their blood sugar levels by eating cucumber. This could help diabetes as it contains high fiber content.
It helps in slowing down the digestion of carbohydrates and sugar, and further lowers sugar levels. Add thin slices to sandwiches or wraps and eat them as it is.
16 White Radish

These berries contain anti-diabetic properties. It lowers the frequent urination and thirst of diabetic patients. These Indian blackberries can be taken raw or made into juices. Their seeds contain photochemical components. 8-10 berries a day are enough to reduce your blood sugar.
18 Low-Fat Butter Chicken
Chicken is high in proteins and is low in fat. It is a very healthy diabetic eating plan to add chicken. The seasoning should be less and we should never overlook the chicken. 20 Peanut Butter
Natural peanut butter and peanuts are also low glycemic index. They have lower effect on blood sugar levels. Low-fat peanut butter is not recommended for diabetes because the manufacturers add extra sugar when they lower the fat content. This can be taken along with bread.
