  • Unsweetened Almond Milk – 1/3
  • Avocado Oil – 2 tablespoon

Method:

  • Stir all ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Preheat an oiled pan.
  • Pour circles of batter onto the pan.
  • Cover and cook about 2 minutes, until bubbles start to form on the edges.

  • Saute garlic for one minute in a pot.
  • Add the chicken broth, heavy cream, and chopped broccoli.
  • Boil it and reduce the flame until broccoli is tender.

Ingredients:

  • Almond Flour – 1 1/4 cup
  • Baking Powder – 2 1/2 cup
  • Ground Cinnamon – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Butter – 5 tablespoon
  • Banana Extract – 2 1/2 teaspoons
  • Vanilla Extract – 1 teaspoon
  • Unsweetened Almond Milk – 1/4 cup
  • Sour Cream – 1/4 cup
  • Eggs – 2
  • Walnut Crumble
  • Chopped Walnuts – 3/4 cup

Method:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix almond flour, baking powder, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  • Stir banana extract, vanilla extract, butter, sour cream, and almond milk.
  • Add eggs to mixture and stir.
  • Fill the muffin tins with the mixture.

For Crumble Topping:

  • Add walnuts, butter, and almond flour to the food processor.
  • Pulse it until all the nuts are ground.

4. Coconut Masala Chai

Ingredients:

  • Coconut Cream – 1 cup
  • Water – 1 cup
  • Raw Honey – 1 teaspoon
  • Loose Black Tea Leaves – 1 Tablespoon
  • Masala Tea Spice Blend – a pinch

Method:

  • In a saucepan, heat the coconut cream and water.
  • Add honey, tea, and spice mix and mix well.

5. Sri Lankan Fish Curry

Ingredients:

  • White Fish
  • Coconut Oil – 4 Tablespoon
  • Mustard Seeds – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Green Chillies – 2
  • Grated Ginger – 1 teaspoon
  • Ground Cumin – 1/4 teaspoon
  • Curry Powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric Powder – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Onion Chopped – 1/2
  • Garlic Cloves – 3
  • Full-fat Coconut Cream – 1.5 cup
  • Sea Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Water – 1/2 cup

Method:

  • Heat Coconut oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.
  • Add the onion, garlic, and ginger and stir for about 5 minutes.
  • Add all the spices.
  • Add another half of the coconut milk and salt and boil. Then, simmer for about 15 minutes.
  • Heat the rest of the oil in a non stick pan.
  • Fry the fish in the coconut oil for 3 minutes.
  • Add the fish to the curry and cook for 5 minutes on a low flame.
  • Serve immediately.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Drumsticks – 10
  • Salt – 3 Tablespoons
  • Garam Masala – 4 Tablespoon
  • Coconut Oil – 1/2 teaspoon

Method:

  • Preheat oven to 230 degrees.
  • Grease a baking tray with coconut oil.
  • Mix the salt and the garam masala in a bowl.
  • Coat each drumstick with the mixture and place on the baking tray.

7. Baingan Ka Bharta

Ingredients:

  • Eggplants – 2
  • Oil – 4 tablespoon
  • Cumin Seeds – 1 teaspoon
  • White Onion – 1
  • Garlic Cloves – 5
  • Ginger – 1 inch

Spices:

  • Coriander Powder – 2 teaspoons
  • Salt – 2 teaspoons
  • Black Pepper – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garam Masala – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Paprika – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Turmeric Powder – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Tomatoes – 3

Method:

  • Preheat oven to 500°F.
  • Make slits in eggplant and apply one tablespoon of oil over each eggplant.
  • Place them on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 40 minutes.
  • Heat up to a boil for 5 minutes and remove the eggplants from the oven.
  • When the eggplants are cool, remove their skin, and chop the flesh.

Prepare Sauce:

  • Add two tablespoons of oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
  • Add onions and sauté for 10 minutes.
  • Add the garlic, ginger, and spices, stir, add tomatoes and mix well.
  • Cook for 10 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Breasts – 3
  • Ghee – 1 tablespoon
  • Coconut Cream – 1 cup
  • Chicken Broth – 1 cup
  • Diced Carrots – 2 cup

  • Tomatoes – 2
  • Garam Masala – 1 tablespoon

Method:

9. Cashew Vegetable Korma

Ingredients:

  • Cashews, roasted – 1 cup
  • Coconut Milk – 1 cup
  • Garlic, peeled – 2 cloves
  • Ginger Paste – 2 teaspoons
  • Jalapeno Seeded and Steamed – 1
  • Curry Powder – 1 tablespoon
  • Ground Turmeric – 1 tablespoon
  • Olive Oil – 1 tablespoon
  • White Onion – 1 cup
  • Several cups of vegetables of your choice
  • Water, as needed
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  • Stir the cup of cashews into the coconut milk and let them soak for an hour in a bowl.
  • Pour the coconut milk and cashews into a blender.
  • Add the garlic, ginger, curry powder, jalapeno, and turmeric.
  • Blend until the mixture is smooth.
  • Heat the olive oil in a pan.
  • Add the sliced onion and cook until it is soft.
  • Add the remaining vegetables to the pot and pour the coconut milk mixture.
  • Add two cups of water and salt.
  • Cover the pot and bring to a low boil.
  • Stirring continuously for 20 minutes so that the sauce doesn’t burn.
  • Serve the korma hot, sprinkled with some additional cashews.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breasts cut into chunks – 4
  • Cloves of Garlic – 6
  • Fresh Ginger peeled – thumb-sized
  • Chilli Peppers – 2
  • Garam Masala – 3 Tablespoons
  • Ground Coriander – 1 1/2 teaspoon
  • Ground Cumin – 1 Teaspoon
  • Greek Yogurt
  • Onions – 2
  • Ghee – 1 Tablespoon
  • Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cashews – ground
  • Fresh Coriander
  • Limes for garnishing

Method:

Marinating the Chicken:

  • Chop the garlic, ginger, and chili. Place them in a mortar and smash them until smooth.
  • Add the garam masala, coriander, and cumin.
  • Set aside 1/3 of the spice mixture for the sauce.
  • Place the remaining 2/3 of the spice mixture in a large bowl and mix with yogurt.
  • Add the chicken and spices to the yogurt and mix.
  • Set aside and marinate for about an hour.

Prepare the Sauce:

  • Fry the onions with the remaining spice mixture.
  • Add the tomatoes and salt for about 10 minutes.
  • Add the cashews.

Put it all together:

  • Place the chicken on a baking sheet.
  • Bake the chicken until cooked.
  • Heat the sauce and remove from heat.
  • Add it in the remaining yogurt.

Ingredients:

  • Butter – 6 Tablespoon
  • Leek Rinsed Free – 1/2
  • Chicken breast cut in small chunks
  • Fresh Ginger – 1 teaspoon

  • Jalapeno seeded and chopped – 1
  • Zucchini, chopped – 1
  • Coconut Milk – 1/2 cup

Method:

  • Melt butter in a large pot.
  • Saute leeks, jalapeno, ginger, and zucchini.
  • Blend these vegetables in a food processor.
  • Add the chicken to remaining butter and sauté until completely done and beginning to brown a bit.
  • Add chicken to the processor.
  • Add one cup of the chicken broth and almonds to the processor and pulse several times, until they are ground up.
  • Pour all the mixture in a pot.
  • Add the remaining chicken broth, coconut milk, all spices, cream and water.
  • Simmer for 5-10 minutes and serve.

Spice Mix:

  • Garam Masala Spice Mix – 1 Tablespoon
  • Cumin – 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander – 1/2 teaspoon

  • Crushed Red Pepper flakes – 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh Ginger, grated – 1-inch piece
  • Remaining Spice Mix
  • Sea Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Tomato Paste – 4 Tablespoons
  • Heavy Whipping Cream – 1/2 cup

Method:

  • Mix all the spices and set aside.
  • Mix all the ingredients for the chicken in a bowl.
  • Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  • Cook the chicken for 10 to 12 minutes in a 400F oven.
  • Heat the ghee in a pan.
  • Add the onion for about 20 minutes.
  • Stir garlic, remaining spice mix, and ginger and cook for one minute.
  • Add crushed red pepper flakes, chicken broth, salt and tomato paste. Boil and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Stir the cooked chicken and whipping cream into the sauce.

Ingredients:

  • Cauliflower – 500 grams
  • Tomatoes – 200 grams
  • Green Bell Pepper – 150 grams
  • Onions – 100 grams
  • Butter – 150 grams

  • Pav Bhaji Masala – 2 teaspoon
  • Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder – 1 teaspoon

Method:

  • Mash everything using a potato masher and cook it till the water dries out. Then transfer and set aside.

  • Mash the vegetables again.
