- Ripe mango – 2
- Sugar powder – 3 spoons
- Cardamom powder – one spoon

Preparation
- Clean the mango and make thick juice from it and keep aside.
- Take a mixer jar, put the fat yogurt and blend it. Pour the blended curd into glass; include the mango juice to it.
- Add the sugar powder and cardamom powder according to taste. Mix well with a spoon.
- Finally, pour into serving glass and put to 3 ice cubes and serve the cool mango lassi.

2.Coconut Lassi
Ingredients
- Coconut water – 2 glasses
- Fat Curd – one cup
- Milk- one cup
- Salt- half spoon
- Sugar powder – one spoon
- Ice cubes- 3
- Cardamom powder – one spoon
- Grated coconut – 2 spoons
Preparation
- Take a mixer jar, put the fat yogurt and blend it.
- Pour the blended curd into a glass, include the Coconut water to it and mix.
- Add sugar powder, salt and cardamom powder according to taste then mix well with a spoon.
- Add the grated coconut dust to it.
- Finally, pour into serving glass put to 3 ice cubes and serve the cooling effect of lassi.

3.Dry Fruits Lassi
Ingredients
- Yogurt- one cup
- Cashew nuts– half cup
- Raisins- half cup
- Almond – 3 spoons
- Pista nuts– Half cup
- Pepper – as per taste
- Sugar powder– 3 spoons
Preparation
- Soak the cashew nuts, raisins, almond nuts for one hour.
- Take a mixer jar, put the fat yogurt and blend it.
- Include the cashew nuts, raisins, almond nuts to it and blend.
- Add the sugar powder according to taste.
- Mix well with a spoon.
- Finally, pour into serving glass, put 3 ice cubes.
- Garnish with cumin seeds and enjoy the taste.

4.Mint Lassi
Ingredients
- Yogurt- one cup
- Salt-Half spoon
- Mint leaves – hand full
- Green chili – 2
- Ice cube – 4
- Tomatoes – one
Preparation
- Chop the green chili, tomatoes and keep aside.
- Take a mixer jar, put the fat yogurt, mint leaves and blend it.
- Include the green chilly it and blend. Add salt, cumin and green chili according to taste, then mix well with spoon.
- Finally, pour into serving glass, put to 3 ice cubes. Garnish with chopped tomatoes and enjoy the mint flavor lassi.

5.Banana Lassi

- Yogurt – one cup
- Ripe banana-3
- Honey – 2 spoons
- Cardamom- 2 pods.
