
1. Dal Makhani
It is made by cooking Rajma and Udad dal together. A very protein rich dal served with rice. It can be served in coarse meals of lunch and dinner. It can be garnished with coriander leaves and tej patta is added for added flavor. It is made tastier by tadka of desi ghee and red powder chili.
2. Saabut Udad Dal

3. Rajma Udad

4 Shahi Paneer
A very flavorful dish served with tandoori roti, bread, naan. Paneer dipped in the thick gravy of cream, cashew paste tomatoes, and spices. The gravy made of cashew nut paste, onion, cloves, cinnamon, Paneer, tomatoes, salt to taste, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, Kasuri methi, saffron, cream, ginger, garlic, green cardamom, etc.

5. Paneer Tikka
The grilled Paneer that melts in the mouth of both vegetarians as well as non-vegetarians make it the show stopper of party. It is a dish coated in the paste of tomatoes and garlic, served with spicy green chili sauce. It made by the use of bell pepper, cauliflower, plain yogurt, onion, mushrooms, red chili and garlic paste, Garam masala powder, etc.

6. Kadai Paneer
Kadai Paneer is made by the combination of Paneer with onions and bell pepper dipped in a thick gravy of tomatoes. It can be serve with roti or paratha. 7. Paneer Butter Masala
It is the evergreen dish served in lunch or dinner with roti, naan or paratha. It is a non-spicy dish which is cooked using a mixture of tomato puree, onions, some Indian spices and some herbs. 9. Paneer Pasanda
This dish takes time to get prepared. As they say, Good things take time, same is the case with this dish, it requires many patience. It is a royal dish because it has raisins stuffed inside Paneer which makes it healthy and tasty.

10. Paneer Makhani
Paneer Makhani is made from the combination of Tomatoes, butter, cashew nuts, and milk cream in the gravy makes the dish amazing. Paneer Makhani tastes amazing when served with Paratha or Roti.
